The cuisine is excellent. Even in Minsk, the quality and taste of all dishes are inferior. The receptionists are always polite, the bartenders are friendly, they will always help you make a choice! I boldly recommend this institution to everyone.

For two years we regularly ordered sushi here - we were generally satisfied. But in recent weeks, apparently, the cook has changed - there have been problems with quality stability.: the rolls are of different sizes, the fish in Philadelphia is lightly salted mixed with natural, and in recent times they have begun to put 2 times less salmon - if earlier the roll was practically wrapped in a layer of salmon, now the "wrapped" rolls are placed around the perimeter, and in the center the rolls are only with small pieces of fish on top. And in terms of volume, the same Philadelphia set has decreased - it used to occupy the entire container, but now there is 10-15 percent free space in the container (the last point is subjective - we did not weigh before and after, so technically the gramming may correspond to the stated one. Anyway, it got worse than it was)
In general, the quality has dropped. It is a pity that there is not enough competition in Smolevichi for the owner to be motivated to maintain quality and reputation.

There are no questions about the food, the shrimp poke and Philadelphia set are quite decent, although the waiter did not answer the question of what kind of sauce goes with the poke) in terms of waiting time, the pre-order (!) was waited for 20 minutes (the order was placed at the establishment a couple of days before the others) , just like the menu . Cocktails are something) we ordered two cranberry daiquiris diluted with water, but according to the waiter, "the ice must have melted")) funny) if you go to the counter and order alcohol, the waiter takes the bottles and goes behind the screen, there was no clear answer to the question "why?" Even the bathroom had a problem, the water was up to the rim, and I'll answer the explanation like "this is a human factor" right away - this is your area of responsibility and you must monitor the system's health. As a result, the birthday party was not a success, the service was zero, it was not possible to diversify the order, because the waiters are slow. Would I want to mark something else there?- probably not, with this level of service, you can get on your nerves, although the price tag is higher than in other Smolevich establishments, although in fact there is nowhere to go in this city)
Judging by the reviews, the management is not particularly concerned about this situation , because there is practically no competition.
