Today we ordered a set using a promo code from cream.buy. Not only was the promo code supposed to have a choice between a pizza set or sushi, but at the last moment they said that it was only for sushi. We waited an hour and a half for delivery, and the baked rolls arrived, without anything. The rice was falling off in chunks, the sushi smelled bad, and the rolls were very small. The operator was rude on the phone and couldn't properly explain which specific positions are included in the set. The result is that the mood is spoiled, the sushi is tasteless, and there is no desire to return to this delivery. 0/10 I do not advise anyone to try anything here.

On the phone, the girl said that the car had broken down, of course, no one reported it. I wonder where the management is looking. Or they don't read reviews of their establishment. There have never been any complaints about food, everything is delicious. But here is the service…I placed an order at 16.10, called back at 16.18, told to wait 2.5 hours. I agreed. After 2 hours and 45 minutes, the order was not delivered, from the 7th time I got through to the Drying call center, they said they would clarify and call me back and tell me how much more to expect the order. They didn't call me back for 40 minutes, (for 30 minutes, I tried to call them myself periodically, either they didn't pick me up or they dropped me) As a result, after 40 minutes I got through myself, canceled the order. Thank you so much for ruining the evening and nerves. Terrible Drying service.
