Disgusting attitude towards your customers!They take orders , feed them with promises that everything will be ready in a couple of days , and then they disappear altogether , do not respond to messages and do not pick up the phone . My order was accepted on 03.02, they indicated that it would be ready on 06.02, after that I was able to reach them only on 15.02 and the employee told me that the order was ready and I could pick it up the next day or the next day, as they would dial. !!Of course, no one dialed and stopped picking up the phone again!!! The next time I got through, it was only on 28.02 at 11:30 (redim work 11:00-19:00) The employee answers me so that I dial the next day, because only tomorrow he will be at the workplace. The next day , no one answered the phone . 01.03 I decided to go to their organization again in the hope of finding someone there , at 11:30 I was already there and everything was closed (working hours 11:00-19:00 )no notes that the time is not working , they went away for 5,10,15 minutes At 18:00 On the same day , I still came and found an employee of this organization and asked for my order , they told me to wait because I needed to find it (they were looking for it in the computer , although a month ago I was assured that it already printed and lying ) I waited 30 minutes , the impression began to settle that the person was just delaying the time until closing, I ask how about the search, maybe I can reset this file to you from my phone, they told me that they were still looking ,it took another 15-20 minutes and I decided to ask how much longer to wait , a woman She began to answer me rudely, "you don 't want to wait ," after she folded her things and said , "why are you sitting? I'm NOT GOING TO MAKE YOUR ORDER. " I'm asking why they didn't warn me about this an hour ago, or when I tried to call on the phone, they answered me "You won't get through , we have so many problems , we don't have time for work . " I asked for a complaint book, they told me that it was not there, I ask why you do not have it, you are an official organization and your client demands , they told me that they would not give it to me . I 've been shaking my nerves for a month, I've spent my time coming and calling there every time and seeing what's closed, even though working hours are indicated !!Who are you hanging it for and are not in business hours?!Why did you leave a number where it is written that you accept orders and do not respond to this number for a month?!!Why take an order if you are not going to fulfill it because you are not up to work?! Don't work then!Why is this attitude towards the client?! I waited until the last moment that my order would be returned to me, I could have already ordered elsewhere, but they immediately accepted and I did not want the organization to waste its material and time when I told them that it was no longer necessary! Why couldn't I just answer the calls within a month, explain the situation that you can't do, that my order was canceled there, apologize after all, no, they promised me that it was ready, that you would come and pick it up!!!!
