The service sucks. It has been 3 months since the cold water meter was installed and repaired, but they continue to take it as without a meter. They do not answer calls, and they do not respond when contacting via messenger. Stupid bums. They can only accept payment.

When you bring the receipts, they say that there is no debt, and then the robot calls and says that there is debt. The system is not debugged in the SUVS. In Teploenergo, they did it normally, why not do it here?
