We were celebrating our son's baptism, the administrator was informed that we would have a presenter, at the time of the celebration our presenter with music refused to let us in and said that there was no such conversation and we did not discuss anything (in their understanding, the presenter should be without music), when we made up the menu, the amount came out alone, but ended up with the same number of dishes the amount was 500 rubles less (be sure to recalculate it), the staff was sullen, and even apologies were not heard in such a situation.
