The bottom line is this: I came to buy 4 liters of oil and a filter for a kawasaki er500 motorcycle. I bought it, came to the garage, drained the oil, unscrewed the filter (the old one in the trash),... I took the film off the new one, tried to screw it on, but it wasn't there).
