I was comfortable in the chosen dress all day, I would not have taken it off. All that remained was to rejoice at what was happening and enjoy the moment!!! You can say I fell in love with this model at first sight!!

When searching for a prom dress, an advertisement for a salon caught my eye. I really liked the conditions that are offered to customers.First of all, the girls work 7 days a week. I have never seen such a thing in our city. Secondly, they work by appointment, which means that they will be waiting for you at a certain time and devote time to you. Thirdly, the choice of dresses is really big. In 40 minutes, the daughter tried on about 20 dresses. An attentive, polite, tactful consultant. They picked up a gentle image for us. It is very convenient that you immediately chose jewelry and a clutch for the dress. This is the fourth. At the conclusion of the contract, all the nuances were discussed. I recommend this salon. Good day to everyone. I want to leave my impressions about this salon. I must say right away, the service is at the highest level. We selected an outfit for our daughter for the kindergarten graduation , the consultant absolutely helped with everything , offered quite a lot of dresses for our size . There were also no problems with the choice of accessories, everything was chosen clearly and concisely. The cabin is very clean and tidy, with an individual approach to everyone . In general, it was not in vain that we drove from another city to this salon.

Graduation is my first exciting event. Back in February, they started looking for a dress. I saw a salon in the vastness of Instagram. The next day we were already at the fitting with our parents. The staff is great! The girls are very pleasant, talkative, constantly complimenting and giving advice on which dress suits my appearance. The rules of the contract were explained very clearly ! The salon is super, I am 100/10 satisfied with the dress🥰 I advise everyone, come and you will definitely not regret it.

I really liked the salon. I ordered a dress for my daughter's graduation in the garden. The choice is huge, the dresses are beautiful. But, unfortunately, I lost the size. Without fitting, it's still hard to guess the size (we live in another city). But our problem was quickly solved, which was a big surprise (others would just score, because this is no longer their problem, but then they offered and sent 2 dresses to choose from, of which we left one). The dress is gorgeous, the child is happy. The quality is excellent!

Next year, another daughter is graduating from the garden, so I already know exactly where we will order a dress.

Салом мне очень понравился. При записи консультатн объяснил все, что необходимо знать при примерке. Непосредственно на примерке, приятные девушки помогли сделать шикарный выбор. Салон не понравился. Записывалась на примерку заранее, о том, что она платная я узнала по факту. Фото/видео платьев делать нельзя. Хозяйка с виду интеллигентная женщина, но только на первый взгляд. На мое «мне не нравится эта модель, она меня делает шире», мне ответили «у вас комплексы». Ещё много ухмылок и неприятных фраз услышала в свой адрес. Перемерила около 20 платьев, все - однотипные. Ту модель платья, которая нравилась мне, вообще сказали мне не подойдёт. Ушла в слезах. Благо, в нашем городе есть другой салон, в котором все на высшем уровне и с обслуживанием, и с хозяйкой, и с выбором.

Салон оставляет желать лучшего. Позиционирует себя как салон с огромным выбором, но не соответствуют заявленному. Платья явно не один раз в прокате и несколько лет(но заявлено, что прокат один раз, дальше платье продается в более маленькие салоны). При выборе фат предлагают только три, больше у них ничего нет. Поэтому не удивляйтесь, если у вашей подруги/сестры/знакомой будет все точно как у вас. С декором зала дела обстоят так же. Из всех представленных 2-3 поновее, все остальное из далекого 2005. За эти же деньги лучше взять у других декораторов, которые идут в ногу со временем. После сдачи платья будет куча претензий и тряска денег. Видимо подол платья нужно было носить на голове, чтобы он не испачкался( хотя при заключении договора уверяли, что платье пойдёт в химчистку, что оно в любом случае будет грязное, главное чтобы без дыр и без вина )

Салон великолепный, приехали из другого города, решили внепланово заехать присмотреть свадебное платье на предстоящее торжество, девочки пошли на уступки, нашли нам окошко, обслуживание на очень высоком уровне, у консультантов нет желания втюхать вам что-то, все подсказывают, подбирают под вас, не ограничивали в количестве примерки платьев , одевали, шнуровали, девочки просто Мега клиентоориентированны и заинтересованы подобрать для вас только лучшее. Спасибо огромное девочки, вы супер!)

Предыдущий отзыв явно писался или самой хозяйкой, или её знакомыми.
Хозяйка салона очень непорядочная женщина. Будьте на чеку, обращаясь в данный салон.Первоначальные предложения и обещания о той или иной услуге могут не соответствовать действительности. Будьте бдительны и аккуратный при составлении договора. Вполне могут обмануть. Проверено на себе. После того, как мой отзыв был опубликован в ответ от хозяйки салона поступили угрозы,что ещё раз меня убедило в том, что люди работают далеко нечестно. Чтобы больше никто не попал с данным салоном на деньги , как попала я, внимательно узучите отзывы не только здесь, но и всевозможных форумах набрав в поисковик название данного салона. И не верьте, если Хозяйка салона представляется сетью салонов под данным названием в городах Беларуси. Это неправда. Также не верьте, если предложат пошив платья :разошьют понравившуюся Вам модель и выдадут за новое. Это ещё только малая часть того, что делают в этом салоне.

Очень хороший салон. Замуж выходила брала у них платье. Теперь детям костюмы на прокат к утреннику беру. Девочки вообще классные! Добрые, всегда приветливые. В общем всё на высшем уровне

Отвратительный подход к покупателю. Хозяйка явно не знает, как нужно общаться с клиентом. Не разрешала потрогать материал из которого сделано платье и постоянно поправляла мою маму, которая излагалась, по мнению продавщицы, недостаточно профессиональным швейным языком.
В салоне также отсутствует нормальная примерочная, так что в этом месте можете забыть про комфорт и чувство собственного достоинства - вам придется переодеваться прямо перед вашими родственниками и друзьями, а в моем случае при примерке присутствовал папа и несложно вообразить всю неловкость сложившейся ситуации.
Качество платьев не берусь судить потому что ушла из салона после примерки всего 2-ух позиций - дальнейшее общение с хозяйкой было для меня невыносимо.
