The cafe is ordinary, it looks more like a dining room (interior and service), but they cook awesome chebureks and kuyrdak. Lick your fingers.

The kitchen is not bad, the mutton kurdak is good, inexpensive. The service would be better. But there is no 10% forced tip for that
