Yesterday, a frying pan was bought at the Traffic Light store. When paying at the checkout, I asked if the pan wouldn't fit my stove. Can I return the product? The cashier replied that yes, of course. The frying pan did not fit, the stove does not read, i.e. it does not heat. And after 2 hours, I applied to return it. But I was refused a refund. They replied that if there was a marriage only then. There is an article 28 in the Consumer Rights Act, where the buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days if it does not fit him. That's the way to figure it out. It turns out that the store's employees do not know the laws of consumer rights.
