A great place to stay for a family or company! A big, cozy, warm house! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, bed linen, dishes, hairdryer, iron, microwave, etc. The hospitable and friendly host, cooks very well, just like in a restaurant! And what a view from the window, on Lake Svir, where swans, ducks, storks and herons arrive every day. The nature is beautiful! We definitely recommend it!

Clean, cozy, its own pier plus a boat. A cozy house with a sauna on the ground floor. There is everything you need to relax. I highly recommend it....

The place is extraordinary.
Very beautiful. The territory is well thought out. You can sit in the rain in the covered gazebo next to the barbecue. Your pier.
There were some nuances in everyday life, but the owner very kindly fixed everything.
We were satisfied with the rest. It's fabulous for fishing.

Very, very good! Extraordinarily picturesque sunsets and sunrises, panoramic windows on both the first and second floors of the cottage, overlooking the water surface of the lake, splashing right under the house! Endless birdsong! A working fireplace on the second floor. Heating throughout the house! Cozy!!! A very friendly host, who will also feed you delicious food! I recommend it!!!

A great place to relax from people) although the territory of the site is not large, but well maintained. There is a spacious gazebo, everything you need for barbecue, sun loungers. I liked the house very much, it was cleaned, a large selection of dishes. But the most important thing is the view from the windows! In the morning, you can drink coffee on the balcony and look at the lake! And in the evening, go fishing from the pier sitting on comfortable chairs)
The host is hospitable, he told and showed everything.
Additionally, we paid for the boat rental and for firewood. If possible, take firewood with you, but if there is not enough, you can buy them in bags from the owner

A very beautiful place! Complete relaxation for eyes and ears)! I lowered the rating for a few disadvantages. In my opinion, for such an amount, more service could be provided!! The house is not very clean, there are no basic things such as toiletries, napkins in the kitchen and other small things. If it doesn't matter to you, feel free to come, you won't regret it!! There are many beautiful places around. We went to the "blue lakes", it was a wonderful walk!

We went with friends. I really liked the place. Thanks to the owner of the house. He put everything together for a bonfire and told us how to make it (we were far from that as a women's team). We forgot the column with the girls, but it's sad without music - I called the owner and he found it for us and brought it. And the view of the lake is of course a separate caif

This house is located right by the water, the waves are rolling in, there is its own small pier! The view of the lake from the second floor is simply incredible!! The place for the estate is just perfect, we advise everyone to come here for a relaxing family vacation and not only. A pleasant and desirable host, had a good rest with the whole big family!!
