We were thinking of buying furniture on Friday 11/14/25... The seller first confirmed the price, then, when preparing the contract, without saying anything, indicated the price significantly higher. When asked what happened, they tried to make the buyer "inadequate and narrow-minded." The comment was: this is the price of the product on display... With horror from this! We refused to purchase the service in violation of the law. There was no time to record this fact in the book "Complaints and Suggestions", although it was clearly worth it... I am ready to announce the details to the store's management if they are interested... I recommend that you be very careful when shopping in this store.

We signed a contract with Svisloch Furniture House OJSC in a store in the Grad shopping center on 09/14/2024, paying an advance of 280 rubles. After the expiration of the contract (60 working days), they called the phone number specified in the contract. It turned out that our order was not completed within the specified time. The Seller did not notify us of the inability to transfer the goods within the time limit set by the Contract. An additional agreement on postponing the delivery of the goods was not concluded, as indicated in the Contract. The Seller's representative was displeased that we were worried about the unfulfilled service and our paid money. As a result, we were told that the next delivery would be on December 26th. We are not satisfied with this date, since it is not possible to take the goods out of the warehouse on our own within 5 days. And we do not consider it necessary to pay the Seller for the storage of goods or delivery, since we were going to take out the goods ourselves within the time limits set by the contract. We kindly ask the representative of the organization "House of Trade "Svisloch" to offer us alternative solutions to our issue. The Organization has violated the contract and we should not incur losses due to the fault of the Seller.
