We bought a T-shirt in the store as a gift, we took the size by eye, but we didn't guess a bit. We arrived the next day to return it, and it turned out that the T-shirt was considered underwear and non-refundable, which I did not know about, and of course no one warned me at the checkout at the time of purchase. At the time of the refund, they showed some kind of booklet standing to the right of the cash register and where it is physically impossible to see what is written there when you are standing paying. It's a terrible store, seeing the prices, I thought I'd visit more often, but no.
