I went into the store on 04/14/2022, at that time the promotion was taking place and it was necessary to name the promo code "Yuri Gagarin" to get a discount. To my great regret, I remembered this when the receipt was already closed, and none of the sellers reminded me. The sellers did not want to cancel anything, saying that everything was punched and the receipt was closed. In my opinion, the concealment of information is on the face, every self-respecting company always tells you what promotions are taking place before buying. This is how the buyer is interested in returning to shop here again. It's very unpleasant. Two years ago, wonderful sellers worked here.
