We were passing through Dzerzhinsk, we had 2 hours of free time - we went for a walk and got hungry. We chose our cafe because of the interesting menu - we ordered what we know a lot about - these are beef burgers - they turned out to be very tasty and satisfying - I sincerely recommend it - worthy competition to the capital's options! I took off one star for having to wait a long time for the scheduled order time, which is only 2 burgers, and I had to eat outside in such "non-flying" weather - there is a lot of space in the cafe itself, but there is nowhere for "random travelers" to hide!

Only the place of order and pickup. Accordingly, you can eat either at home or on a bench near the point. We took pizza, 3 different ones. It's good for me , there's a lot of filling, a lot of cheese, it's delicious! I would change the dough, a bit rubbery, not for pizza, more for pies, or something..... There's a lot of fat in it, most likely margarine. The burger is also good👍🏿 juicy! Tasty.

As a result, they arrived 20 minutes late, at 23:50. And no one warned me. No one called. The cafe's phone number is no longer available. Okay... okay. They brought it. But they turned out to be deathly cold and wooden. It is impossible to eat. There is no desire to order anything else in this place.

You order a big one, they bring you a small one. At the same time, they strenuously prove that everyone called up and agreed on everything. Although in fact this is not the case. If they guess the size, they will not guess the pizza, they will give it to the one you ordered. In general, as soon as the institution opened, it was the best in the city, and now I do not advise you to go in at all. Maybe someone else can argue about the quality and taste, as they say, everyone has their own. But this is the fiasco of the lord. I ordered pizza on my birthday, at first they confused the size, and then the composition of the pizza. Thanks for ruining my birthday.

But what about the girls at the order collection and on the phone? Today, on 22.02, we ordered a couple of rolls and three sauces. There wasn 't a single sauce 🤷🏽♀️ The situation is happening the same way again this month, and they didn't even offer to bring it the first time. And what about communication? The second receptionist is barely mumbling into the phone, as if she's on her last legs. Have you ever seen her face when you pick up an order? It's like I'm the maintenance person, not her, maybe because of my height it seems that way 🤷🏽♀️ I advise you to tighten up on the staff, while the city has the best. Respect for chefs
