I recently visited the institution "SVOY" and was very pleased. The atmosphere is cozy, like at home. I especially liked karaoke — great sound and a large selection of songs, so everyone can feel like a star. The kitchen is on the level — the dishes are delicious, the portions are good. The drinks were also pleased — the variety of cocktails and drinks is impressive, all fresh and of high quality. The service is fast and pleasant. A place where you want to come back to have a good time with friends or family!

We visited this place, and ruined our holiday
Based on the reviews on Instagram, and good ratings for the kitchen, we booked, and arrived at the appointed time (12.10.2024 at 19:00).
It seemed strange that they start singing here at 21:00. But sometimes it's even good, right? I don't always want to listen
The kitchen is sparse, the pizza is custom-made, as it gets hard when it cools down. Salads for the amateur. Caesar came in with a chicken.
For some, it may be a plus and a hope, girls of easy virtue go.
About one o'clock in the morning, OUR PEOPLE came. Young people, with and without beards, in sweatpants and outerwear. The sound engineer has probably been known since childhood, since they did not even try to occupy the table. They were just a noisy group crowding around the console.
The receptionist I called explained that the young people in the upper hall had already spent enough money to allow them to come to the karaoke room. She did not react in any way to the claims about the behavior of HER OWN.
Conclusion: the restaurant is FRIENDLY, the administrator is incompetent, the owner, apparently, does not care about the reputation of the institution.

This place is quite cozy, we were going to have a birthday party, a meeting of guests, a wardrobe , there is a good choice on the menu, but the prices, as for me, are too high especially for drinks (not only alcoholic) but also ordinary lemonade or tea, I happened to see how lemonade is made and ordinary saryagash was used for this , after that it became a little sad, that you seem to have come to the rheostaran, you do not give little money , but you are served a drink using soda (although there is special equipment for this))
Someone may say I'm very picky, but if an institution presents itself as a restaurant, then let it take into account all the little things! Even when booking, no one called us and did not specify whether we would come or not , which is also -

На мой взгляд лучшее заведение в городе, мы постоянные клиенты в этом заведении, были во всех трёх залах и везде все на уровне, очень атмосферно, хочешь повеселиться от души - есть караоке зал, хочешь посидеть поговорить и подымить - библиотека, просто посидеть под приятную музыку - кофейня. Персонал очень отзывчивый, исполнительный, всегда все быстро и чётко. Отдельное спасибо администратору, всегда найдёт выход в любой ситуации. Кухня потрясающая, в общем ребят всем советую!

Сначала очень нравилось заведение, но испортились
1. Диджеи слабо стараются, постоянные перерывы. Вообще отношение к работе невнятное. И ладно бы по звуку что-то делали. Правильнее назвать микрофонные распорядители
2. По помещению вопросы прежние - тесно, неудобные экраны, нет сигнала мобильного. Лестница вниз в подвал почти отвесная, как в погреб
3. Раньше столы были свободные - приходи, садись. Теперь же только по записи. Порой заходишь - говорят есть только стол за 40 и все. А по факту никого в зале, так и не приходят

Брускетты с рыбой очень вкусные, уха тоже, за кальян отдельное спасибо мастерам. Сервис тоже классный. Зал библиотека очень стильный.
