It is listed on their website as a messenger for communication. And also nothing. They read the message, but did not respond. But after a while, the game I wanted to buy disappeared from the site. It turned out that they still work, they just don't care about communicating with customers. Now it's clear to me why their store was closed, I think with such an attitude towards people, their online store won't last long either. One disappointment.
