On the phone, the specialist did not say a word about the deadlines, she drove 8 km. with the child to the service. At the reception, they gave information that the repair would take 3 weeks, I have a regular steam generator, not only did they indicate a high price (without even looking at what the problem was), but the deadlines are prohibitive, it's just disgusting.

Terrible communication from the staff. I came with a radio phone, called and showed a breakdown (low contrast of the display), I was told that the phone needed a replacement display would cost 50 rubles (despite the fact that the phone was bought new for 36 rubles 90 kopecks). She said that I probably hurt him, I told her that I did not hurt him, she kept telling me that I hurt him, although the phone just stood on the base for a long time, did not use it. She didn't believe me and kept telling me that she was hurt, to which I replied, why are you arguing? My warranty passed a few years ago, after she fell silent and I left.
I solved the problem with the phone by buying accumulators such as they were when buying 650 mAh, the phone simply could not charge at 1100 mAh.
The professionalism of the employees is completely absent. I will not talk about the rest of the equipment, evaluate them yourself.
