Reasonable price in the center of Baku, the opportunity to pay for a room with a Russian card, polite, pleasant staff, and a "cozy, homely" atmosphere, so characteristic of small hotels ...

The room stock is old and in need of repair. We had a rest with our son, booked a room with two separate beds. We were given a room next to the kitchen, where breakfast is in the morning. Everything is very audible. On the day of departure, the staff was talking right at our door at 7 a.m., so I had to wake up earlier than planned)
Breakfast is so-so, the same thing. Then boiled eggs, then an egg pancake like an omelet, but without milk. Cucumbers and tomatoes are made from vegetables. Two types of the cheapest sausage. You could at least add sweet pepper, and leafy greens. To diversify somehow.
In general, a meager breakfast.
The rooms are old. Everything is visible in the photo - dirty carpet, torn wallpaper, leak in the bathroom, torn towels. On the second day, it started dripping from the ceiling…
According to the location, everything seems to be not so far away, within walking distance.
But keep in mind that the hotel is on a hill, you need to go uphill.
We only washed and slept in the hotel, so without any special complaints.
But now I would choose another hotel, given the shortcomings of this one.
I liked the city very much, it is beautiful, clean
, delicious food, good beaches.
A great alternative to our Sochi and Anapa. We will definitely come back here.

We had a rest in Baku for the first time. And we were lucky with the Swan Hotel. Firstly, the location is very convenient, you can slowly walk to the pedestrian and central streets.The hotel building itself is neat, clean, and beautiful. In the morning, breakfast, tea, coffee. Tea and coffee can be drunk during the day. Every day the room was cleaned by a maid, very pleasant and friendly. Towels are changed every day. Bottled water in the room and in the cooler. Of course, the most important thing is the responsive and friendly staff at the reception.
