Thank you for the best vacation! I really liked everything! 1. Check-in: guests are immediately greeted with champagne and Turkish delight at the entrance, very polite staff at the reception, speak three languages. They gave us a beautiful two-room room, my husband and I were with two daughters, we lived in room 1105, overlooking a beautiful avenue with palm trees. We arrived at about 10 p.m. and were pleasantly surprised that after the closure of the main restaurant, where we did not have time for dinner, there is an additional 24-hour! There is absolutely everything, different dishes, fruits, vegetables, lots of desserts, delicious. Different types of drinks. 2. The territory: it's just superbly thought out, every last detail. There are several pools with a height of 1.4 meters, there is a children's pool, there is also a tent for kids so that they don't burn out, I especially liked it, since we burn out very quickly. There is a great water park. There aren't many slides, but it's enough for children. Everything is very clean, the staff works around the clock, I have repeatedly seen how the paths are watered even at 2-3 o'clock in the morning... Everything is well maintained and clean, despite the large number of guests. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every day. We had two refrigerators and they were refilled with drinks every day. 3. The beach was greatly admired, the entrance to the sea along the sand, the sea was clean, the water was comfortable, there were plenty of sun beds for everyone... We have never borrowed anything. 4. Nutrition. Special thanks to everyone involved in the restaurants of this hotel, there is such a huge variety of dishes, hot food is served in different places, there are no crowds of people. The food is just for every taste! Delicious cheeses, lots of vegetables and fruits, pizza is everywhere, baked in front of you, hot and very tasty. Shawarma, lula, red fish, you can't count everything.. There are a lot of different desserts ... There is also a snack bar on the beach, we often did not go to lunch, we had a snack on the beach and there is also a lot of everything for a snack, pizza, burgers, fruits ... There is also a cool pastry shop right next to our house, where delicious ice cream and desserts. We also visited the ala-kart restaurant, Khurem, everything was incredibly delicious, served various national dishes, everything was very pleasant. The bread is delicious, I attached a photo. In general, we brought 2 extra kilograms with us.😊 6. Animation. Special thanks to Eva.♥ my daughter just fell in love with her. She danced with my child every night and paid a lot of attention to her. The animators are all very kind, polite, and speak different languages. We caught a foam party, I really liked it) There are many locations for evening activities. The children's mini club organizes discos every day and many more active games. We had a huge party for the children on Sunday, and my daughter really enjoyed it. There is a main stage where fantastically talented singers perform. There are discos for young people. There is also a mini stage on the pier, for relaxing evenings, with a cup of coffee. There are also many different cocktails available. There is also an amphitheater, where there are also different performances. We didn't even have time to visit everything, you definitely won't be bored at this hotel. That's the end of our vacation at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace 5*)) I recommend the hotel 100% to everyone, I reviewed the options a lot, reread the reviews and did not make a mistake with the choice of this hotel, everything is great here: the beach, animation, concerts, and discos) The food is delicious meat (beef, lamb, turkey, chicken), lots of different fish, mussels, crayfish, shrimps-everyone will find food to their liking) A cake for every taste) Fruit:grapes, oranges, apricots, peaches, apples, pears, strawberries) Everything is clean and tidy) A huge advantage of this hotel is its location (30 minutes from the airport) I recommend 100% There are a lot of sun beds on the pier and on the beach, there are always free ones, if someone takes a sunbed in the morning, it's only because the same place is convenient for them) Music is playing everywhere, we lived in room 1508 on the 5th floor (two-room room) -2 adults and three children, the music did not bother us, as it could not be heard there) I won't say anything about cocktails, but the non-alcoholic champagne is very tasty) Thank you to all the hotel staff, they work like bees to make all the guests feel comfortable.😉 I would also like to mention the Dilafruz employee, a smart girl will always help in everything.

You can definitely choose this hotel more than once. The hotel's territory is styled like the Topkapi Palace in Istanbul, which creates a sense of immersion in the "Magnificent Age of Suleiman the Magnificent." The arched gallery protects from the heat. Buildings with internal green courtyards create a sense of comfort. The Standard Delux room is larger than those in many other hotels. There is a spacious balcony, air conditioning, the cleanliness of which is clearly monitored. Cleaning, change of towels, updating of the mini-bar and bath accessories – daily, change of bed linen – once every 3 days. Noise insulation sometimes fails, hair dryer is a pain in all hotels). The staff is generally friendly, and with a large number of guests, I consider the service to be very decent. There were no instructions for the safe, but as they say, "Google help." The iron was brought and taken away upon request. The restaurant is quite large. It is convenient that the cold and hot workshops are located in different rooms. The arrangement is convenient, there are no crowds and queues in general. There is always meat, poultry, fish, herbs, vegetables, fruits with a simple composition. There is a diet menu. Lots of pastries, cheeses, etc. etc. The pools are big and clean, but we are not amateurs, we took a dip a couple of times. The fitness room is great. There is everything for different muscle groups and cardio, high-quality exercise equipment. There is always bottled water (it is available in large quantities throughout the hotel) and towels. Take a uniform – you won't regret it! The Wi-Fi is good. I also liked the location – they will be the first to arrive, the last to pick up. Of course, it's far from the center, but there is a bus stop (although there is no card vending machine near the hotel, we bought in the city, but it was expensive to take a taxi there. Yandex works, but they don't take orders for this price from this hotel, we go first for a price 3 times more expensive. Then by bus, if you want to save money). Entertainment: animators are always there, there is a kids' club and activities for children. In the evening, the entertainment program in several locations was never repeated. The bands perform very professionally. The muses perform.bands and guitar on the pier. I like this more. And I was very glad that there were no loud discos screaming with laser shows. And who needs it, there is a disco.

Great hotel, we stayed there for 8 days in July. We lived in a family room on the ground floor. The cleaning was excellent, the bar was refilled every day (there is no alcohol in it), the maid brought the child a football ball). Before the trip, we studied a lot of reviews and reviews, it was important to find a great hotel with a variety of food. This hotel met all our expectations, it is very spacious, lots of bars and entertainment venues, every second family had children, there is plenty of space for them (kids club, animation, festivals). I highly recommend Svandor Antalya for family holidays. During the day, it's family-run, and after 9 a.m. it transforms into a hotel for adults, a great club, and concerts every night. Those who want relaxation and solitude have the opportunity to go to the pier, there was often lively and calm music. The staff is very friendly, everyone helps, glasses and dishes are quickly removed, drinks are brought during breakfasts, lunches and dinners. The guests are also very calm, there are no boisterous companies, mostly Turks, Russians and Germans stayed at the hotel. I really enjoyed the SPA, we took the second program, did a great peeling and massage. Of the cons Foreigners smoke everywhere, near their children, on the beach, we learned to distinguish smokers on the third day))) for many, it won't even be a problem. We plan to return to the hotel again.

Great hotel! We had a rest with the whole family and the child. We lived in a family room with a view of a small pool. Perfect, quiet and at the same time the pool is nearby. Cleaning every day. Everything is clean, but the hotel is a bit "tired". Beautiful, green territory - there is a place to walk and take pictures. There is a playground and a kids' club for children, where you can leave children until 00.00. There are a lot of different activities - foam parties, octofests, children's festivals with games and trampolines, discos, magicians, etc.… This is in addition to volleyball, aqua fitness and the entire standard set. The food is simply excellent. Such a large number and variety of dishes. Mussels and crayfish are served almost every evening. A large selection of meat in different variations, snacks, fish, side dishes, salads, vegetables… Desserts a separate chapter - baklava and cakes, pastries + novelties in the form of eclairs, meringues, profiteroles… Lots of fruits - figs, watermelon, melon, oranges, apples, bananas, plums, pears. And most importantly, you can eat almost around the clock - in the main building and in the restaurants on site. There is enough space for everyone on the beach + a pier, no one runs to take sun beds at 7 in the morning. Two adult pools, 2 children's pools with slides, plus a mini water park for everyone. Algocol is unlimited. Champagne is of course the simplest, of the strong ones - Jameson and red lebel, efes beer. There is a list of delicious cocktails, but not all bartenders work heartily. We went to a birthday dinner - a gift from the hotel (it costs about 35€). There was no excitement. Snacks from the communal table, just beautifully laid out. Hot dishes and salads are on the menu, but they practically do not differ from what is served in the common room. The main difference is that everything is brought here./The waiters take it away. As a surprise, a cake. We took a taxi to the mall, round trip with an hour's wait - $ 80. If you go out the gate, you can call a Yandex taxi, of course, it's much cheaper, one way - about 1,500rubles (charged from a Russian card). Russian maps don't work, we used the lithium app. In general, I recommend it, we liked it.

The beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is sandy, without stones, very suitable for holidays with children. There are enough sun beds, the coolest place is behind the courts on the grass. The only thing, but not the most significant, is the descent from the sun beds to the shore and sea area. A little bit not thought out. There is a huge pier with a bar, but we realized that it is being dismantled by winter. Additional areas: a football field, two volleyball courts with sand, 4 tennis courts, a children's area with a playground and another playground by the beach. Several restaurants and snack bars. Two large ornate pools connected to each other in the central area. Unfortunately, the water in them is already a little cold at this time. Children's pool. A pool with slides. A little further away, there is a heated swimming pool between the buildings. We found it on the third day, while walking, because we hadn't looked at the map. There is another pool in the spa area. The food is excellent, there are many cooking and delivery points to avoid queues. Sweets, fruits, vegetables for every taste (according to the season). A gorgeous hotel. We had a rest in Swandor in October, a magnificent large territory, competent locations. The beach is cool, the entrance is smooth, the sea is clean, there is a lot of space, there are a lot of sun beds. The pier on the beach is a favorite place, and during the day you can sunbathe, chat with delicious cocktails (or whatever you want) and in the evening sit by the sound of the sea. Well done, the animators are giving their best. I really enjoyed the evening programs in the amphitheater and on the playground with live music and dancing. The restaurant is a favorite place, the architecture is like in a Turkish castle. Chefs and pastry chefs are great professionals. Open kitchens- you can watch with interest how meat and fish are fried, pizza is prepared, tortillas are cooked. The food is very tasty, there is a lot of it- no one was left hungry. The waiters are great, they very quickly remove the empty dishes, offer to bring drinks, and the service is top-notch. There is a lot of space in the restaurant, and there were always a lot of empty seats when the hotel was fully loaded.

If you don't like it here, then you don't need to go to the Turkish AI Hotel. Not a single negative in 10 days. We were moved to another room after a request, the cleaning is as it should be, the food is excellent, the beach is small, but the pier is super. Logistics and zoning are designed so that if you are traveling without children, you can simply avoid places where they congregate and no screams will bother you. At the same time, I saw that the animation was great for them. There are bars at every turn, and there is even a night restaurant, which is very convenient for early departure excursions. I will leave my feedback and impressions about our stay at the Swandor Hotels & Resorts Topkapi Palace hotel in Antalya. 1. Check-in and room We arrived at the hotel in the morning, around 9 o'clock, and we were checked in only after 12. The suitcases were waiting outside the whole time. We changed our clothes and went to breakfast and then to the pool. The suitcases were delivered to the room after the cards were issued, and the safe in the room is free of charge. Our room overlooks a courtyard with a swimming pool and a pastry shop, the room is cozy, quiet and spacious enough, the renovation is quite fresh, everything is intact and in very good condition. The disadvantage is that there is not a single channel in Russian. Our room had 2 double and single beds and a sofa. Wi-fi is quite decent, but I would like more speed, it catches everywhere, it works almost always without interruptions. 2. The territory The territory of the hotel is quite large, but there is nowhere special to walk, there is no space and places for walks. There is nothing outside the hotel, not a single store, nothing at all, this is a big minus! In this regard, the prices of necessary goods in the hotel stores are simply overestimated by 3 times compared to prices in stores outside the hotel (we compared). 3. Food and bars The hotel has 1 All Inclusive restaurant and 1 by appointment (everything is very tasty, I recommend it). I was pleased with the variety of dishes and products. There is everything (except pork): beef, lamb (in all types), fish and seafood (in all types), one evening there was even smoked red fish (salmon and another kind, I don't remember which one), poultry (chicken, turkey and even quail, in different versions of serving). Lots of fresh seasonal fruits. The beach bar provides free ice cream from the vending machine every day during the bar's opening hours. The bars prepare a lot of very different and delicious cocktails, both alcoholic, non-alcoholic and dairy with whipped cream. A separate topic is the pastry shop, there are several types of ice cream, very tasty desserts and cakes, and the most delicious black coffee is there. 4. Maintenance The service at this hotel has let me down. In a restaurant, sometimes you have to run after the waiters so that they at least pour water, they go more often themselves. Cleaning tables is also somehow not very timely. The staff themselves are a little inconsiderate, and some are not even polite at all. Room cleaning was very superficial, they left $1 every day, but it did not affect the quality of cleaning in any way, the sand was not properly cleaned yet, they came at different times as they pleased, the maids do not speak Russian or English at all. They refused to speak Russian with us at the reception, only English, you see, I'm sorry, but with your star level, Russian-speaking staff simply have to be! 5. Swimming pools There aren't many pools, but we had enough. There are always enough sun beds, it's not a problem to find free ones. The pools are 1.4 m deep, my daughter loves to jump from the side, fortunately no one forbade her to do this, this is a big plus. We visited the water park once, we liked it, there are enough slides, the staff on the slides is friendly, there are no queues anywhere, there are also enough slides for kids. 6. The beach We really liked the sea and the beach, there is a strip of pebbles about half a meter at the entrance, but this is not critical, after this strip the depth is about a meter at once, but it is comfortable enough for both children and adults. There were always plenty of sun beds for everyone, too, and they were free. The sea is very warm, very pleasant waves, which you can even ride, we liked it. There is an equipped pier, a large bar, lots of sun beds and stairs to the sea, as well as sofas with tables, where you can relax in the evenings, order a hookah and listen to live performances in different languages. But hookah is a separate topic. 35 euros for a hookah is clearly too much (and this is even with your tobacco), in Egypt last year a hookah cost $ 15 - this is an adequate price, but 35 euros is downright arrogance!!! In the evening, after sunset, we walked along the beach with flashlights, where you can meet small crabs, but they run very fast. 7. Animators There is a clear problem with the animators in this hotel, they do not entertain the guests at all. In the morning, they dance by the pool for 5 minutes and that's it, then they are almost nowhere to be seen or heard. You can find out about some events and activities only by chance, no one invites, notifies, or invites you to take part in any activity. If you just found out by accident, you're in luck. The hotel has a very large green field, which has a lot of different equipment for different games and activities, but we never found out when they take place and how to play, we never saw anyone there. The only thing is that an animator girl walks along the beach, calls for football and volleyball, and once a week around the pool they offer to join an active workout on jumpers, water acrobatics in the pool every day, and 3 times there was fitness in the water on exercise bikes (an interesting option, try it). The evening shows and the amphitheater itself are nothing, the seats there are terrible and not comfortable, it's unrealistic to stay there for more than 15 minutes, everything starts to hurt, the shows are not impressive, somehow everything is boring. We've exhibited equipment and photo zones in different themes several times, walked through, took pictures, and that's it. Children's animation and activities are mostly for toddlers, our 9-year-old was bored. We liked the hotel and the sea as a whole, but for the price we paid for the trip, I would have chosen our last year's Pickalbatros Palace Resort - Sharm El Sheikh, where many points are much better. There is something to work on, what to improve, and definitely to increase the level of service and animation. We probably won't be coming back here anymore.

We lived in a two-room room 3101, I would like to thank Eliza, who cleaned our room, what beautiful figures she made for us on the beds). I liked absolutely everything! Clean sea, convenient access and well–groomed territory is a dream! The beach is ideal for both children and adults. A varied and delicious buffet! Fresh food, constantly updated dishes, a choice for every taste – from breakfast to dinner. We were absolutely delighted with the cuisine. Special thanks to the whole team! They are always friendly, smiling, and ready to help in any situation. It feels like the guests are really welcome here. We were lucky enough to live in a two-story room! It was unexpected and very cool! Spacious, comfortable, clean and stylish. A great solution for the family. I didn't have to be bored for a minute! There are so many interesting things for both adults and children: animation, various evening shows, live music, a disco in their own club, sports grounds, swimming pools... The organization is on top! THE KIDS' CLUB IS A SPECIAL DELIGHT!!! It's just an incredible place! We haven't seen such cool kids' clubs yet! Professional, kind and active animators, an amazing program, a safe and vibrant area. The child was absolutely delighted and asked to go there again and again! Many thanks to the whole club team for the happy eyes of our children! It was one of our best family vacations! The highest level of service, comfort and positivity in all areas.
