Conveniently located, courteous staff, accept payment via Caspi-QR. One of the cheapest accommodation options in Ust-Kamenogorsk, the room is large and spacious. The only thing that is cool enough is that there is no heating yet. There is also only one toilet combined with a bathroom for all residents. If someone comes in to wash up, singing songs at the same time, then you will have to wait 20 minutes for him or her to finish...

I give 5 stars as a mini-hotel: a very good place for its class and budget. Quiet-calm-comfortable. For unpretentious travelers, it's just the thing. Inside the hotel, you will be asked to change into your home shoes, everything is clean. The room has a cot, wardrobe, sockets. What is very important, there is a mosquito on the window - a very thoughtful detail. Amenities, refrigerator, kitchen - in the hallway (which is logical: this is not a super-hotel-five hundred-stars), but it does not bother you much, because there are few rooms and - accordingly - guests. In the kitchen, if anything, you can cook a full meal. Oh, yes, Wi-Fi is available, it works flawlessly. The owners of the hotel are pleasant, helpful people, they met us halfway when we arrived 2 hours earlier - they settled in without additional payment. We helped as much as we could in solving our minor household issues. Yes, there are some disadvantages of a domestic nature, but I am sure they will be solved (the hotel has just opened). If you need to visit Ust-Kamenogorsk again, I will be happy to stay at this hotel again.
