Great apartment! We spent 2 nights here. Very clean, quiet, the staff is very caring :) Everything is new. The kitchen is there, the fridge is clean. It's quiet at night, the windows overlook the courtyard, you can sleep with the windows open, there is no noise of cars. It is located in the very center, directly facing one of the central alleys, local "Patriki" with lots of cafes. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Kitchen utensils are also so-so (if you plan to cook, it's better with your own saucepan). I would also like to provide some kind of fishing rod night light in the bathroom so that when you get up at night to go to the toilet, the light does not dazzle! I really liked that there is supply and exhaust ventilation, and not just air conditioning - during the day in the heat you can safely close the windows and not suffocate from lack of air, there will be a comfortable indoor climate. The only thing I didn't like was the jammed key box when checking in, I had to try to open it for 5 minutes and call to find out that it needed to be pulled in a special way to open it. I hope that he will be replaced by our next visit to Yerevan. 🤝
