I've been servicing my Volvo xc60 since 2010, for about 3 years now. The service station is excellent, the human attitude, everything will be explained, told and shown. Everything is done efficiently, at reasonable prices and on time. All the staff at the service station are excellent, but I want to express my special thanks to master Nikolai (senior) and Pavel, an auto electrician, and the second young guy (I don't remember his name).

My father has a XC60 2.4 diesel engine, serviced by SwedAuto for about 10 years. He has something to compare it with, since over 35 years of driving experience he has been serviced at dozens of stations, but in his opinion, SwedAuto is the best in terms of service quality in relation to the customer. The staff is friendly and professional. I personally saw this this winter, the car suddenly stalled and stopped in the wrong place in the city, as the wiring later turned out to be out of order. The specialists reacted quickly, first they found out the problem by phone, then they drove up and helped to evacuate the car to the station for repairs. Thank you very much. I sincerely recommend the station to Volvo owners.

I came for suspension diagnostics. I came with a complaint about the rubber sticking. They asked if the collapse/convergence was done. He replied what he was doing, while clarifying that, as they should know, the collapse of the XC70 P3 platform is not being performed. What did I hear: "Everything is being done there." "I see," I thought to myself and realized that I would not apply here for suspension repair, although I do not exclude that maybe it would have been done well. That the order taker, that the employee is not competent in the matter. The worker, showing me the rear bolts regulating convergence, said that "That's right, the camber to adjust, why didn't they set it up for you?". I came to the conclusion that people specializing in Volvo cars need to tighten up the theory.

I wrote this in April 2022, and in February-March 2022, the 2.4 d5 engine was repaired at the same service station, it's sad that in July it went back to bed. It is still at the diagnostic stage. In general, the score is a number, I do not recommend it.

If you allow craftsmen to work under the influence of alcohol, then it is better to just close the gate and no longer do repairs.
