About the details, the car was taken with a hard hat for 2 drivers, these are additional services that are paid separately, but we decided not to risk it. All minor flaws of the car were fixed at the conclusion of the contract, the tank is full, parking in the city is included in the rental price. Traffic police stopped on the road, there were no problems. They asked if the car was rented, checked the documents and wished them a good trip. In general, I recommend this company to everyone! We booked a car in September. Initially, we booked a 2019 Jeep Compass or Kia Seltos 2021 (depending on what will be available). Three days before the rental, the Distributor reported that our Compass had an accident. They offered a replacement Jeep Patriot 2016 or Chevrolet Trucks 2019 (both cheaper), plus a free "second driver" service as a gift. Considering that I had heard a lot about the roads, we decided to take a Jeep. They were issued quickly. A few kilometers later, the tire pressure sensor caught fire, then on the same day the car stalled at an intersection. The next day, in the evening, the car did not start in the mountains, which scared us badly. After dancing with a tambourine, after 25 minutes it was still possible to start the engine, after which it stalled once again, well, the cherry was the "engine malfunction" light bulb. The car is junk. This situation was reported to the Distributor in the person of David. I was ready to swear and write angry reviews. However, David apologized, promised to replace the car on the same day if we drive ourselves or come for us. The car rental company accepted the car, apologized a lot, did not take money for an incomplete tank and changed it to Trucks without additional payment. The second car ran perfectly until the end of the vacation. The car was slightly polluted (puddles) without washing. The distributor left a positive impression by fighting for his "Name" in front of the client, and the car can break down for anyone.
