This morning at 07:30 there was no admin, there was only a nurse. Although the point opens at 07:00. She took the tests herself, wrote down the price list and barely made the payment through the terminal. Respect to the nurse. I ask the management to improve the service.

We passed a general urine test and a culture tank to a mother - a woman with 10 years of experience in urological diseases... The urine turned out to be transparent and no adverse reactions to any medications were detected!! Since we know her diagnosis, naturally there should be no such results, because it turns out that the person is healthy as a bull! We passed a repeat analysis in another well-known clinic, as expected - the urine is cloudy with a full list of overestimated indicators, besides, the most important thing is that a number of allergen drugs contraindicated for use have been identified!!! The most outrageous thing is that we lost two weeks to identify the diagnosis and receive surgical treatment!!! We came to figure it out - I'm not me, and the cow is not mine!!! Be me, etc., called the central laboratory and talked directly with the medical professional whose last name is on the tests. Answer: everything is correct with us and this cannot happen. As expected (like she was talking to them), their superiors are of the same opinion. Conclusion: we collect documents and write statements to the SES and the prosecutor on this lawlessness! The address of the Chilanzar branch is block 5, building 29. Do not shame Switzerland, the quality of medical care is like the moon to you!!! For your information: you don't even need to use any reagents to distinguish cloudy urine from transparent, it feels like you haven't even seen the analysis. Those who have already burned themselves with them, I was advised to take green tea instead of urine and see the results... I think we will be healthy

During telephone conversations with the med.the staff of your clinic has made clear to me the reasons for such test results (deviations from the basic classical interpretation).
This review would not have appeared if the clinic staff had explained the results in a timely manner. I think this situation is typical for other clinics.
I am sure that there will be fewer and fewer such cases.

A false blood test.
- I donated blood (06.10.2020 at the Safo Tibbiyot clinic) for hormones: the results of the analysis of this laboratory contradict themselves. After seeing these results, the attending physician directed them to take it again in another clinic.
- The employees of this laboratory promised to find out the reason and report it. I talked to them several times - they didn't help in any way. I had to take it again in another place and pay again.
- They take patients' money and time, but they do the work in bad faith!
