The location is excellent, quiet area, the apartments are bright and clean, but in room 3 the window is right next to the front door to the house, neither blinds nor curtains can be opened, everything in the room and the noise from the street are visible, therefore there is not enough air in a small room.

Cleanliness: really clean.
Interior: everything is very old, poor lighting in the bathroom. It's uncomfortable, like a student dorm.
Location: convenient for walking enthusiasts, for example, 40 minutes to the lake
Parking: you can't find it for an adequate price. Very expensive. We arrived at NG, we were lucky-they were free.
There are: kitchen utensils, although they had to be washed, dirty, especially pots, few cutlery, even for two. There is an ironing board, but no iron. There is a dryer, but no washing machine.
The bed: the pillows have already died, only thin resemblances remain. Eh.

A confident three. Renovation, depending on the room (in some places new, in some places old), but generally unpretentious. It is convenient that it is almost in the center.
