The restaurant is not big, there are separate rooms for the company upstairs. A quiet, peaceful halal place. The restaurant has delicious Kazakh dishes made from farm products, there is also a department where kurt, raffaello from cottage cheese, irimshik, kumis, shubat, etc. are sold.

Great place!!!! Everything is very thought out! With a national flavor, you can safely invite guests to a feast! In addition, you can buy national dishes for your table and as gifts. I've been buying it for years, it's delicious, aesthetically pleasing. A showcase with semi-finished products from camel meat deserves special praise!!! I highly recommend it!!!

We were there during the New Year holidays. Recommended as one of the best restaurants. It was quite tasty, but greasy, rather it is the peculiarities of the national cuisine, but for me it is too much. 3 stars for the disgusting service. We were put on a dirty table, the waiter passed by and did not even come up to take the order for 20 minutes, answered questions through his teeth and generally showed his dislike for us with all his appearance.

Incredibly delicious national cuisine. It's just bombastic. Be sure to try the local shubat (fermented milk drink made from camel milk), it is without exaggeration the most delicious in the world (it is better if it is homemade, and not everyone has it).

The service is at zero. We booked a table in the common room. When we arrived, there were no hostesses at the entrance, we had already put our things in the wardrobe and walked around the hall for 5 minutes waiting for someone to meet us and escort us to a table. The hostess came, and, of course, according to the classics, where was our table? On the 2nd floor near the toilet, despite the fact that there was a half-empty hall and many small empty tables downstairs. The 2nd floor is a big word, it's just a narrow corridor where a ringing food cart passes by you every second and waiters run by. We waited another 5 minutes until the menu was brought out to us. We looked at it all + prices are much higher than the average in Almaty, and the menu also indicates service + 15%. They didn't even take any chances, got up and left, because everything is already clear on maintenance. I didn't want to spoil the evening completely. No one even noticed us leaving, and no one from the hostesses said goodbye to us at the exit either) I do not recommend it

Excellent cooking, a lot of different national sweets. Zhent, Balkaymak, yrymshyk, etc. Kumis and Shubat are prepared by themselves, better than from the supermarket. If you don't know what to buy for your foreign guests, this is a top recommendation.

The place looks simple, but it turned out to be very tasty!
There are camels at the entrance, camels inside, everything indicates the presence of camels and not by chance!
It serves fresh camel milk (Shubat), salads, snacks and hot dishes with camel meat. And it's very tasty.
But for me, the tastiest Beshparmak here became a revelation! ✅️ it is without camel, with horse meat, but very tasty! Juicy with tender meat and the right onion....
So
Beshparmak is 10/10 here (described above)
Shubat (camel milk) 10/10 (fresh sweet)
Baursaks 10/10 (some of the best I've tried in the city)
Camel manti 5/10 (too many spices, the meat is tough, the dough is too thick)
Camel chebureks 8-10 (a portion of 5 small chebureks, juicy, delicious, but it seemed to me that there was not enough dough)
There is NO alcohol in this place!
Another plus, you can come and take everything with you... they have a huge showcase with finished products.

It's a good cafe, but the prices for cafes are too high. Delicious camel meat soup. I ate camel meat for the first time. It's delicious, it feels greasy, but the fat doesn't freeze like beef or mutton. And it's not like strips of fat, but like it's inside meat. There is no unpleasant doctor or taste. The soup was very hot.
The portions are not gigantic, they are normal human, you can overpower them.
There are large vats with koumiss (from mare's milk) and shubat (from camel's milk), as in beer restaurants they pour from a tap. You can drink a bowl on the spot, you can pour it into a liter plastic bottle.
There is a sale of sweets, milk, butter from behind the counter, like in a store. I bought dry camel milk, zhent, irimshik, court for goodies.
There is a small assortment of camel hair products (socks, insoles, belts, hats).
The staff is very friendly.
We got to live national music. Girls and a guy in national clothes played national instruments, the guy sang. We liked it.
