It is constantly stuffy, which is strange, since the air conditioner is hanging, there is often not enough space to sit in the waiting area. Prices are low, and many craftsmen work at the same time. There are never any problems with women's haircuts, the masters specify how much length can be removed, everything is fine. And with the standard men's haircut "on the sides and on top" there are constant problems, most masters do not know how to make transitions, and leave "stumps" all over their heads. Once we agreed to get a haircut by a young specialist, which was a huge mistake. The transition from one length to another was not made at all, and the payment was without any discounts

The renovation and interior are disgusting inside, although everything doesn't look as bad as it is in the photos. I had a manicure with a long-term coating, there is no separate, specially equipped corner for this. The table where the procedure was performed was covered with an incomprehensible oilcloth, which made it a problem to dry the nails in the lamp. The chair looks like a piece of chipboard covered with velvet paper. No comfort, no service. But the aesthetic and technical qualities of this institution are half the trouble. Never in my life have I had any problems with allergies to gel polish, and in principle, there were no consequences from this procedure, done by other craftsmen in 4 years. But this time, the salon surpassed absolutely all expectations: the nails were made with unknown debris or dust inside. The master did her job carelessly, during which the products got on the skin, which caused allergies. The cuticle was not properly treated, and pieces of skin remained. 30 minutes after the procedure, terrible itching, dryness and blisters began on all fingers. Before that, in August, I visited this institution with a request for a haircut and at the same time asked a question about a specific hairline, to which I received advice to pull it out with wax. Every time I came to this salon, if you can call it that, the mood was spoiled by the disgusting service, interior, and, of course, such "competent" specialists. Basically, like a diner near the house where you can count on anything, it will do.

It was April 5 and I'll never go again, I signed up for a manicure and a haircut with a "top master, pixie bob took 10 minutes, everything was sticking out behind my ears, I found out on the 7th when I was styling, the price of the haircut was 29 rubles, I did a manicure without coating, it had its own healing varnish, it cost like a manicure with gel, and okay, but The administrator has a face full of contempt for us poor people , which is the only reason why we don't kick anymore. It's just a bad mood and wasted money, although I've never used a pension book, but I don't go there anymore.

Men's haircuts do well. A place where you need to get a haircut quickly and cheaply. I went there for a manicure, there was a very suspicious feature, each visit was much more expensive than the previous one and the quality of execution wanted to be better. Each rise in price was explained by an increase in the cost of the material, but it was clear that the materials had not been updated for a long time. Strange.

An experienced master fixed the jambs, it got better, but the end result did not match the query from the word at all (there are no complaints about an experienced master). It is such a pleasure to pay for a service that led to tears for the time spent, money, nerves and hair that will not grow back in 1 day I ask the management to finally pay attention to this point, because this is not the first review regarding haircuts from interns.

But there is one plus – this is a fairly budget place. Men's haircuts are generally pennies, women's styling is much cheaper than in other salons.

The barbershop is cozy and clean. I did a pedicure, it just so happened, I came ahead of time. The master, although she was busy, but suggested, in order not to waste time, to sit soaking her heels while she dealt with the previous visitor. The masters and the administrator are friendly. When I made an appointment for the next visit, they made a mistake about the day of the pedicure master's work, after a while the administrator herself noticed her mistake and called back. The issue was resolved calmly and quickly. I recommend visiting this place!!!

Professionalism in this institution is simply zero. Not only was I not warned that an intern with no experience would cut my hair , but the price was also like a haircut from a master with experience . It would seem that what could be easier than cutting off split ends ? BUT (!) they cut my hair for more than half an hour. The intern cut her hair both wet and dry.. She also asked me, "is it crooked, no?" Of course I will answer your question, I have eyes in the back of my head! . I really liked the moment when, at the end of the haircut, she began to realize that she had cut off much more hair than she needed, and her hair still remained uneven.. As a result, she turned to the admin "I do not know what to do, it does not work" and so on.Even after the admin's help, nothing changed and I just left. In this case, the incompetence of the interns is equal to the incompetence of the administrators. ADMINISTRATORS! If you are so incompetent that you do not know what your interns are capable of and what they are not, then what have you forgotten in your positions?? Thank God I was not the girl who had her hair cut by another intern : they also cut more than they needed and crookedly. What can we say about interns, if after the haircut by an experienced master, there was a comment from the guy "I asked you not to cut so much." To which the master did not admit his mistake , but also began to defend his rightness . In general, you can go to this institution only for the sake of ridiculous photos with the inscriptions expectation / reality .

I've been there 3 times. The first time was about 2 years ago. I had a very pleasant experience! Excellent haircut, courteous staff, minimum price. About a year later, I went again. A very young girl cut her hair, slowly, but it is clear that she tried. But overall, the result was worse than last time. The last time was about a month ago. I am very upset with both the result and the attitude of the staff. The administrator behaves as if you have come to beg for a favor. There was no queue, almost all the masters were free, but I waited for about 20 minutes. The masters are mostly young trainee girls, but the attitude to their work, to put it mildly, is not caring. The girl who cut my hair didn't even wash her hands after cigarettes, and they stank terribly. There were masters sitting nearby who were free at the moment and watching videos on phones without headphones, and loud enough! On one side one, on the other the other...It was all kind of wild and trashy. Yes, the price is very low-cost, but this does not mean that the client should be treated with disregard. For example, I buy cheap goods in fixprice, and it turns out that the seller can therefore be rude to me, or should I beg for the goods to be sold to me? In general, I will not go there anymore and I will not advise anyone else!!!
