The service was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made excellent recommendations. Despite the restaurant being busy, our food arrived promptly, and every detail was taken care of. To top it all off, the dessert was a masterpiece. I highly recommend trying Fig Brownie—it was the perfect way to end our meal. Whether you’re looking for a romantic dinner, a family gathering, or a night out with friends, this place is a must-visit. I will definitely be coming back!

the food is good (for these prices it's better be) but the service is awful.. the waiters are just walking past you, even if you wave them or ask for something. or they stand near your table WITH your food, but just chatting with other stuff members. waiters are truly awful or untrained? did not enjoyed this at all

We were very disappointed with the various local "restaurants" with a rating of 5, so we hoped for the Cheese Factory's level. And she did not disappoint, although the dishes are weaker than in Russian Cheese Factories. We've been to the restaurant 3 times, so we ordered a lot of dishes. Chicken soup - almost always in all resorts we take such soup for the child, she loves them so much. In the Cheese Factory, it is really good for the broth - it is rich, with a bright chicken flavor. Definitely 5 out of 5. Veal kebab is good, but a little dry. It tastes better in the Krasnodar Cheese Factory, but here it is 2 times cheaper! Less than 500 rubles in terms, so that's a solid four. Lamb shish kebab is too salty and dry, but the meat is not bad, due to the price (about 1k rubles) 4 with a minus. Salad with strachatella, arugula and tomatoes - strachatella is great, but it's not enough, and cherry, on the contrary, too much. And it's a nice light salad. In Krasnodar, strachatella is 1.5-2 times more per serving. Turkey cutlets with mashed potatoes are classics of Novikov restaurants. Juicy, fragrant, delicious. 5 points Chicken kebab is the cheapest and one of the two most delicious dishes in Armenia so far. Less than 500 rubles - juicy, bright in flavors, the aroma of smoke is a cool kebab and tastier than veal. Ricotta cheesecakes are the second most delicious dish - excellent cheesecakes and toppings for them. It's expensive, but very tasty. To sum up, this is 6 out of 5 for Armenia, although Russian Cheese Factories are tastier, they are still 5

A wonderful place, located in the city center. It takes no more than 5 minutes to walk from our hotel. All the dishes are impeccable. We ordered borscht, it's majestic, I can also recommend grilled chicken, buckwheat with duck, salad with strachella, liver paste. Prices are cheaper than in Moscow.

For almost three years in Yerevan, I have never been to the establishments of this famous Moscow chain, but yesterday I decided to correct the omission. I tried fettuccine with smoked salmon and ricotta and lemonade. The pasta was just incredibly delicious! Tender salmon, lots of cheese, wonderful pasta. The service is also excellent. I asked for a "rustic salad" of tomatoes, cucumbers, sour cream and a whole soft-boiled egg to take home with me, everything is great too. Now I can't wait to try other dishes!

We took okroshka on kvass and kefir and bianca pizza from the summer menu, it was very tasty, the okroshka was as expected, considering that it was hot, refreshing, sour, pizza with a stretchy filling and soft crispy dough! Perhaps the most beautiful place to eat in Yerevan. You can find dishes of national cuisine. Delicious dolma, no grape threads in the taste, soft and light. Awesome Kiev cake of huge size and taste, just like from childhood. Delicious dishes made from dough and cheese. I ordered a flatbread with fish and cheese. The dough is wow! The location in such a beautiful place, the arched entrance, the interior is very beautiful. The staff are pleasant and polite, not intrusive, not insistent on the choice of dishes. The food is very tasty, but unfortunately the service is poor. We arrived at 22:35 (the restaurant is open until 24:00), we wanted to have a nice evening, but the waiter immediately said that the kitchen was closing now, and we were really in a hurry. Then, for some reason, they brought the salad along with the hot soup, explaining that the kitchen was closing soon, so they took everything out at once (well, as if the soup had cooled 100 times while eating the salad). Then we wanted to order desserts with tea at 23:08, but we were already refused, saying that was it, the kitchen was closed. Well, in general, it was not possible to have a pleasant evening, we left without desserts. The only question is, why write that you work until 24:00, if at 23:00 you can no longer eat properly and you will be in a hurry.

It was delicious, but the service and atmosphere failed. Gazpacho top. The replacement plates are not removed, even if the main dish was ordered, which already includes the second plate. The dish is placed somewhere to the side; I watched the other tables, the guests have to organize the space themselves. The waiters are fussing around 10 times straightening the dishes at an empty table, and the dirty dishes were not immediately taken away from mine. The strong periodic noise of the devices from the bar spoiled the entire vibe.
