Excellent cuisine, they cook perfectly and do not skimp on ingredients, one of the few places where you can safely order and be sure that you will not be deceived, and put everything as it should be. Polite staff and couriers. By time, it is always on time, at least as the administrator says, 1 hour is 1:15. but they always come earlier, except for holidays, where it is clear that the load is higher. Solid 5.

I ordered pizza and two shawarma today, with a friend for a couple. The order was waited for more than 1.5 hours. They brought barely warm food, so the quality is terrible, pizza is like stale bread, shawarma is stupidly chopped vegetables without spices, etc. I will cook much better in my kitchen. I waited an hour and a half for the order - I had to remind myself with a call. The pizza was brought cold, over-dried, even burnt on the sides and absolutely over-salted. (I'm not saying anything about aesthetics anymore - the pizza arrived all kind of crooked, lopsided). And the cherry on the cake: the courier unloaded the box.... on the floor. This is the first time I've seen such an attitude. The first time I made an order at the "Well-fed Dad" - he is also the last. There was no time to read the reviews in advance - but in vain. I do not recommend it.

THE SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THE EMPLOYEE ON THE PHONE IS JUST TERRIBLE. We ordered pizza and sushi, and everything was cold after 1.20. We were told that our intercom was not working, we went out 2 times and stood waiting, but no one came. The girl who works on the phone is another matter. She at least apologized, but she was trying to say that she was a human being and you don't have to tell her where our order is. This is just ridiculous and the boy who brought it asked please do not write a review. But in the case, we dialed 5 times. They just put the phone down on us. The girl said everything but not about the robot. As a result, we wanted to cancel the order. We got a 15% discount. It's just ridiculous. I think that people who want to eat delicious food will not count the money. Do not place an order here at any time if you want normal service.

PIZZA WITH SAND!!!! This is outrageous!! 04/14/2020 ordered a Boston 60cm pizza. They arrived on time. And that's where the advantages ended. The sand was mostly in mushrooms! Naturally, IT is impossible to eat THIS!!! They did not even apologize to my call at the "Well-Fed Dad", and when I asked how we would act in this situation, I was offered a 20% discount on delivery. For delivery!! There are no censored words!! Just no!! I will never order ANYTHING here again!! Such a sincere name and such a piggish attitude towards customers and my reputation!!!

I call, the girl replies that the courier had problems with the car. Dear ones! The client is not interested in your problems. The client is interested in the quality and speed of order fulfillment. That's what I'm paying money for! When asked why the pizza was cold, I was told that this could not be at all, because it was only taken from the stove. I.e., it turns out my pizza was waiting in the oven until the courier solves the problem with the car? Don't make idiots of your customers, please. In fact, it took 2 hours to order, the pizza was heated in the microwave, the card was not given for the third time, although they promised, there is no apology, no compensation. Conclusion - I don't apply here anymore. The service is terrible! Enjoy your meal!

the pizza is excellent. although they have days with eclipses when she arrives undercooked or vice versa, but on the whole it's great. the best in town, because she has some kind of thing of her own. but as for sushi, burgers, shawarma, it sucks completely. and the staff is constantly messing around and hammering the bolt. then they will forget to pour the sauce, then they will bring cold, then they will bring it in 3 hours, then there is no change, then they did not take the terminal.
