Не работает роутер 4G, до оператора не дозвониться уже трое суток, в чате отвечает робот скриптами одно и тоже, очень не довольна, не рекомендую!

Сотрудник при переносе SIM на eSIM не предупредил о том, что телефон будет работать сутки в ограниченном режиме. Благодаря его "грамотным" действиям не могу работать. Сейчас все завязано на связи, как можно было умолчать? Можно было перенос в выходные сделать.
