Ужасное обслуживание, продают использованные номера без документов и чеков, по итогу приходит полиция и привлекает за мошеннические действия

Горячая линия отсутствует. Списыаают деньги за услуги, которые я не заказывал. В чате только бот. Мой тарифный план 491 рубль. Однако плюсом идут еще какие-то 65 рублей не понятно за что! Я заблаговременно, всегда оплачиваю 500 руб. Перехожу на иного оператора
