Бешеная комиссия за пополнение счета на мобильный. почему то не работает оплата с карты, только наличными. Создаётся впечатление что этот платёжный терминал отношения к Тинькофф вообще не имеет

Терминал постоянно не работает! Учитывая, что на весь пос.Юбилейный он единственный, проблема внести или снять средства постоянная!
