We are not aggressive people, but because of this whole situation, we ended up in the police for days.

On August 12, I celebrated my anniversary at this institution.I liked the service.The girls did well.The hot stuff was brought in time.No comments on the quality of the food either.Everything was delicious and decent.I really liked the live music on the street.The only minus is probably the air conditioner, it blew very much, the guests caught a cold, but summer, without it, in no way.In general, my holiday was a success, which I wish everyone in this institution.

The wedding of relatives was celebrated not in the main building, but in some additional room. 2 air conditioners do not cope at all. The open windows didn't help. The unbearable stuffiness. After 3 hours, the elderly had to be transported, then younger people began to leave. Not everyone is left until the end of the holiday. The waitress, judging by her outfit, was also hot. All the guests really wanted to dress her up.. Food was carried to the hall across the street, because the kitchen is located in the main building. There was only a utility room in which a cleaning lady was washing a rag in the washbasin. I wish I could close the door. I didn't want to eat after this show. Outside at the entrance, the staff placed a melon and a watermelon, so wasps flew all evening. Although the traps from them have not been know-how for a long time. I do not recommend celebrating weddings or other special events there. There are many gazebos around the perimeter of the territory, where different companies barbecue and relax in their own style. The music from the "band" in the central gazebo is very loud. The repertoire is very amateur.

The very atmosphere of the place is wonderful. I have been there twice, but unfortunately ... not without losses, it is equivalent to the fact that if you go to nature, then do not take extra things with you.. I lost an electronic cigarette and a chain there, but this is not the fault of the institution in any way😂

We rented a gazebo, everything is OK with regard to the gazebo, the air conditioner is warm enough in the weather up to 0. But there are nuances, 1. Who came up with the idea of making sockets at 1.5 from the floor? 2. The most unpleasant thing was that they said that if there was live music, then the entrance was 7 rubles per person, they called at lunch and said that the event would be, but in the end they just turned on the music and that's it, even of all those present, no one danced. As I understand from the reviews, this is not the first case.

The number of seats in the gazebos does not correspond to the stated number, it is problematic to seat 15 people on 3 benches. Problems with the operation of the bathroom, one washbasin and one stall for all gazebos work in the women's toilet (it is not indicated on the second stall that it is under repair, they just wrapped the toilet with duct tape), and therefore queues formed on the weekend. The staff is not friendly, and the director allows himself to be rude to visitors. Taking into account the considerable payment, I would like a better service and a more active and friendly staff.

the situation with the complaint book, they snatched the phone from another girl(I attach the photo below) when analyzing the conflict situation, I did not help in any way, I just stood at the bar. She threatened to write a statement against us, but nothing happened. When asked to name articles for which we do not have the right to record a video, under the warning that it was started and the phone was torn out. I also started to get personal. At any mention of the complaint book, she began to scream and say that she had no right to present it and justify her raised tone that she always behaved like that. This is the first and last time I am here.
