The place is convenient, the staff can help if necessary. The interior is quite spacious, but the renovation is of average quality. We lived in a room on the 4th floor with a balcony. The balcony is small, but to go out and sit down, have a coffee is enough. The room can accommodate from 2 to 5 people (according to beds). Upon departure, we were able to extend the check-out until 14:00 (usually at 12, but before 14 we need to transfer the room for cleaning). We booked at the booking, but there was confusion, initially we agreed for 3 people, but 2 people were put up at the booking, as a result, when searching on the booking, the price for 2 and for 3 people was the same, but the administrator flatly refused to accept this fact and said that 120 euros should be paid for another person. No matter how much I explained and showed him, he didn't care. I am attaching a photo of the reservation price. In summary, the place is convenient, but the administration in any situation decides everything only to its advantage. Be careful not to give a reason.

A dirty and run-down hotel. The staff smokes at the reception, and the rooms stink. Towels were not given the first day and were not available until the next. Then they didn't change it for 5 days and they didn't clean it even once. The balcony is covered in seagull faeces

The location is excellent, but major repairs are required. It doesn't match the photos at all, apparently taken a long time ago) However, the staff is very helpful, which pleased me.
