There are quite a lot of people in the evening, but some of the tables could be removed, since everyone is sitting close to each other. 10% tip in the receipt. A lot depends on the waiter. There are polite and courteous, there are young people who don't care. It was funny to watch the hungry waiters in their designated place, visible to many, finishing the food from the plates. I understand that the freebie is delicious and it's a pity to throw away normal food, but still you don't have to do this in front of your eyes :) It's very noisy because of the staff, as there are incredibly many of them. Some positions are expensive, but it will do for an institution in the city center. The situation on the 1st floor does not really resemble a restaurant, rather a very good decent dining room (in my opinion).
