In this sub, I also experienced billing and usage problems due to incomplete and erroneous narration by a package sales representative I received in the year 2023. When I canceled the payment for the package, the payment of the remaining months under the name of the withdrawal fee was deducted. I've seen this with Sube many times and it didn't help.
