We rented a cabin at a ski resort, hoping to enjoy skiing and relaxing, but we were extremely disappointed. Let's start with the organization of skating: we arrived in the afternoon, but the afternoon skiing hours were almost over. We decided to go to the evening session, we clarified with the administration that it would definitely take place. We were confirmed and advised to arrive early. However, when we arrived, all the doors were closed, and the cancellation information appeared only on Instagram, and even then after a while. The next day, the situation repeated itself: skating was canceled again, and it was announced only at 11:00. We came to the resort precisely for the sake of skiing, not to sit in a cabin. The house itself is a separate topic. It's terribly cold, the temperature inside is about 6-10 degrees. Even with the heaters, it was unbearably cold, and I had to sleep in warm clothes and cover the doors and windows with blankets to keep out the wind. The description states that there are tea accessories in the house, but they were not there. The Internet promised in the description is not working. Of all the outlets, only three are working: one on the second floor and two downstairs, one of which is in the toilet. The fourth outlet is in disrepair (photo attached). There is a constant smell of sewage in the bathroom, the curtain is hanging on snot, and we were seriously afraid that it would fall. The impression is ruined, we regret that we chose this place to relax. I recommend that the administration seriously reconsider its work, honestly provide information about the services and create comfortable conditions for guests.

We visited last year in November 2025.It's very cold in the room.the walls are thin without insulation...I do not advise you to go in winter!and if you do go, dress warmly and take warm blankets with you!!!
