I live next to this kiosk. It's always like you don't come, then the sign "Went to the bank", then stupidly a half-day break!!!! The kiosk is open, but it probably works a couple of hours a day, because the sellers apparently do their business during working hours, and if they are lucky enough to find someone there, they serve with the appearance of distracting them from some important business, for example, sitting on the phone, or reading newspapers!
