When I asked for a book of comments and suggestions, I was rudely refused. And this is a violation of the law - the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses, administrative responsibility is established for the absence of a book of comments and suggestions, as well as failure to declare it at the first request of a citizen.
Martinkevich E.L. behaves in an unacceptable way, is rude and violates the law of the Republic of Belarus.
