I was in a capsule in August 2024. Everything is great here - from the atmosphere, the surroundings, the aroma, the high-quality massage to the tea after the procedure. The masseuse worked well, it lasted about two hours. You can take a shower, sit, drink tea. The massage is bombastic, the oils are to choose from. I liked everything!!! I recommend it!!

A wonderful place for fitness, modern interior,always clean, polite administrators.I study with Elena MFR + stretching, a professional.I'm 65 years old, but I don't notice it in such a company, the coach is very attentive to everyone, if I can't do any exercise, replaces it, does not remain indifferent.Thank you very much.

My acquaintance with the club began in 2022, when I was presented with a training certificate - since then I have been a fan of [TAFI]. I tried all the directions of fitness and yoga, met all the trainers (and was delighted with each of them, real professionals in their field!). And what kind of massage and SPA programs are there... :) the relaxing atmosphere is gorgeous, pleasant music for relaxation, Doterra oils (natural delicious oils, not chemistry), always friendly receptionist girls, delicious tea and coffee… I can list the advantages of Tafi endlessly! in general, I recommend the club to everyone who wants to relax body and soul! Who wants to try different things, meet new people, get high from life))
