Good afternoon! I would like to express my gratitude to the employees of the Tyler salon for their excellent work! Choosing a tile is always stressful, but here everything went as smoothly as possible. Special thanks to the consultants for their responsibility and professionalism. They didn't just "sell the product" to me, but really helped me choose an option that fit perfectly into the interior and budget. It feels like people love their work and understand it. I was very pleased with the timely shipment. The timing was critical for me, and the guys didn't let me down — everything was delivered exactly on schedule, without delays and unnecessary calls. A nice bonus was the discounts that were offered to us. The total amount turned out to be very profitable. But the most important thing is that it just left a pleasant feeling of cooperation. Great salon. I was looking for porcelain stoneware and bathroom tiles. What I particularly liked was the large exhibition hall with ready—made solutions. In addition to the stands, there are several fully finished "cabins" (bathrooms), where you can evaluate not just the tiles, but the entire interior complete with plumbing, furniture and light. This is very clear and greatly simplifies the choice, you can immediately see the end result. The range is decent, the prices are adequate. The managers are competent, they helped with the calculations. I am satisfied with the purchase and service. I recommend.

They brought a tile that was not the one they ordered, no one has the desire to solve the problem there, either a refusal, or try to choose again, when asked who will pay for the movers who unloaded the incorrectly delivered tile, and then load it back, the director or the store administrator replied "you didn't like the tile," which means and the problem is yours, and the fact that they brought the wrong tile doesn't bother her. I do not advise you to pay for the order immediately, it is better after the fact, when the tiles arrive and everything will be fine! And if you can't choose another tile in their store again, then you have to bring it to them yourself, what they brought is wrong! Designer Lisa tried to help in this situation in every possible way, but the management categorically refused to respond!

I purchased porcelain stoneware and vinyl flooring. Thank you for the timely delivery and wonderful service. After laying, there were only two tiles that I took in stock on my own, but they were not useful. Designer Evgeny suggested a very accurate calculation - I saved money and time.

The store's staff and management are disgusting, broken and scratched tiles are constantly being brought in, and no one wants to replace them. The director decided that scratching was not a marriage at all. Consultant Asya can afford to talk rudely to clients and comment on their taste and their choice in front of them! They were choosing a tile for an apron in the kitchen, and she so unceremoniously and shamelessly quipped, "your kitchen facades are a disgusting color, and she wouldn't have taken such a kitchen for herself," as if they had asked her that! And when you ask for advice on tiles, you don't even know what to offer, you don't know the range of the store, or you just didn't want to show it! I do NOT recommend the store! Sharazhkin's Office!
