Dissatisfied people are surprised... Flying without a headache due to baggage and non-standard dimensions of hand luggage... With hot (and I must say very acceptable) meals on board! With excellent service!
For such a price, it's a gift!
The famous Russian low-cost airline, which cannot boast of all these advantages, costs more!
And when buying charter tickets, you obviously have to understand that they are not stable and have the right to reschedule the flight, which means you have to track your departure yourself. If it is essential to fly out at a certain time, it is worth overpaying and choosing a regular schedule!
We flew with our family in June, now we have taken a ticket again.
Pros: price, 20kg luggage, hand luggage of standard dimensions, attitude of staff on board, boarding and disembarking through the sleeve, hot meals. I would also attribute the antiquity of the aircraft to the advantages, because previously they did not try to cram as many seats as possible into the plane, from here the old chairs are more convenient - they recline, wider and legroom is slightly more than in modern "aeromarkets"
Of the minuses:
Old planes (from the late 90s - 00s), boarding gate at the very end of a huge new airport.... After the inspection, we went there with a suitcase for about 30 minutes...(they didn't walk slowly)

They fly all over Europe as low-cost airlines, they fly to Moscow from Istanbul by charters from Anex Tour 3 times a week on Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays (the next day back), but there are also tickets on free sale. The crew speaks Turkish and English, and standard in-flight announcements are also broadcast in Russian. The planes are a little tired, but everything works, nothing is broken, seats were occupied by 99% in both directions, which is quite understandable at such prices. The fare includes 20 kg of luggage, hand luggage is not checked particularly and everything is quite loyal. The price tag for tickets before departure is comparable to Winning a sale, but you don't have to pay anything extra, luggage and hot meals are also included in the fare. At the same time, the duration of the flight to Istanbul compared to Russian airlines is one hour less and is 3.5 hours of net time from takeoff to landing. In Vnukovo, planes are served to the sleeve, which is very convenient, especially in the cold season, which, unfortunately, lasts almost 9 months a year. Buses are being adjusted at the new Istanbul airport, but this is understandable, because the airport is huge. There are a lot of buses being driven at once and there is no crush, they do not wait until everyone is stuffed like herrings in a jar. During the flight, they offer a hot dinner (chicken, or pork with rice) - chicken tastes better in my opinion, I tried both options and everything is very edible. Alcohol is also offered for a fee (I saw wine and beer on the trolley during the flight), tea and coffee after a hot meal are also included in the service. In general, I am very happy for the money that I paid (at the end of November 2023. 5000 rubles. Moscow-Istanbul and 9500 rubles back). I highly recommend it!

We flew from Vnukovo to Istanbul and back. We arrived in Istanbul perfectly, the flight was not delayed, we flew for 3.5 hours, During this time the flight attendants served the flight perfectly, the food was very tasty, despite the fact that many complain that the planes are old - I did not notice any difference with the new ones: everything works, the seats are generally comfortable. Luggage 20 kg.
However, the return flight did not go so smoothly - everything was fine on the part of the airline, the flight, again, was not delayed, but during our flight in Moscow a drone was shot down, so all Moscow airports were closed and we were forced to land in Minsk. We sat on the plane for another 2 hours while the plane refueled and we They were waiting for permission to fly and land. At this time, the flight attendants were pouring water and generally made good contact in such an unusual situation. As a result, in another 40 minutes we still flew to Vnukovo. This was an unusual flight, which included two flights, instead of one and not in 3.5-4 hours, but in 9 😄
I also want to note that I am an aerophobe, after reading negative reviews about the age of the aircraft, it became even scarier for me. But, I assure you, the planes are in flying condition and if you fly budget airlines so often, you won't notice much difference.
The only insignificant minus that I would note is not very convenient flights in time: we flew there at 18:40 and arrived at 22.30, back at 23:55 already.

I flew with this company for the first time, I had not even heard about it before. I flew from Moscow to Istanbul in September 23. I read the reviews, the opinions were different, but I took a chance and did not regret it. The flight was the most convenient in terms of time - day, and the most profitable in terms of price. The plane looks old, but it didn't affect the flight, it flew great, although I was sitting in the tail, which I really don't like, but I wasn't even shaking. The flight was 4 hours, we were fed, the food was delicious. Tea/coffee was also offered afterwards. I read that this airline delays flights, but this did not happen to me, fortunately.
One of the disadvantages is the inability to conveniently check in for a flight from Russia and choose a seat yourself. But I called the day before the flight and on the day of the flight to the airport, I clarified about the flight that it was unchanged. The check-in was already completed upon arrival at the airport. So everything is ok. I can advise you to fly with this airline.

I arrive at Istanbul airport, an hour and a half before departure.
Everything is as usual, I go to the scoreboard to see which counters are registering, I looked, registration is open and I go to the counters, and here the most interesting thing is
I approach the counters, and there is no one there...
panic begins, I go to the information desk to find out what happened. I show the ticket, they answer me: - Go to the registration, it will close soon. I answer: - There's no one there.
The girl looked at something on the computer and says: - We can't help you, there is no airline office at our airport.
I'm shocked!
Well, I think we should at least take photos of all this outrage ...
As a result, I bought a ticket for another flight and flew to Moscow as early as 11.08.
Upon arrival, I started writing letters to the airline, describing the situation, but there is no answer until today!!!
The company is irresponsible!!!
And, along the way, it will not be possible to return the money for their own joint ...
Unfortunately, I took photos already when the registration was closed, since the new Istanbul airport is huge and while you run with a suitcase to the check-in desk, then to the scoreboard, time flies by...

Tailwind flew from Istanbul, tickets were bought in three days, the cost was a little cheaper than Victory (the price fell twice more per day). The plane was almost full, only the first row and a few more seats were available. Luggage of 20 kg was included in the economy ticket, hand luggage is not checked for dimensions as in Victory, seats for 4 people were given nearby. The bus to the plane is not packed, we freely entered with a stroller and almost immediately drove off. The plane is clean, the seats are comfortable, not torn (if I hadn't read that the old planes, I wouldn't even have thought that the old plane, I found the buttons of the light bulbs from the old one look vintage). Departure at 13:35 was served hot (rice with chicken or beef kebab) water juice and tea/coffee. Letty is an hour less. The flight attendants do not speak Russian (English and Turkish). They went out to Vnukovo through the sleeve.

I flew from Istanbul to Moscow on 16.06., the ticket price was much cheaper than the rest. After the purchase, I read a lot of negative reviews. But the flight itself was perfect and only 3:20. The plane is a little old, but not critical. The minus was delayed for an hour. Everything else is fine, even fed.
