For 2 days, the voltage in the apartment is low, all the appliances are not working, the electric stove flew, the kettle boils for half an hour, the washing machine does not erase, let alone some kind of heating stoves, like a wind blower, there is not even a light breeze at the highest power. And what did you do when we called and left a request? Nothing. We were told that the application was accepted, we waited half a day, no one came. They called us again, they told us that everyone was busy at the facilities and would come as soon as they were free, but also nothing. We call the next day and what do they say? Look for an electrician YOURSELF. If we are going to solve all the problems related to electricity ourselves, then why do we need this institution at all, to which we pay money for light that does not exist? What else can I say? They pretend they don't hear, and then they hang up. And naturally, instead of solving the problem, our phone numbers were simply blocked. I am very pleased with this attitude towards citizens. The most interesting thing is that we live in the center of the CAPITAL. It's scary to imagine what's going on somewhere on the outskirts, even if they're not doing ANYTHING here.
