Today we visited the Take establishment with a friend. Initially, we came specifically for the Tom Yam soup, but the waiter approached us only after about 10 minutes and informed us that this dish was not available, suggesting that we choose something else. Because of this, we lost additional time, as the information was not provided in a timely manner. We arrived at 20:40 and waited for the order until 21:40. There were few guests in the hall, so we were counting on quick service. We ordered a strawberry mojito, a salad with fried eggplant and a simple hot dish — chicken with vegetables. Drinks and salad were served quickly enough, but we waited for the main course for more than 50 minutes. After waiting for 30 minutes, we contacted the waiter, who informed us that the order would be ready in 10 minutes. However, even after an additional 20 minutes, the dish was still not served. As a result, due to lack of time, we were forced to leave without waiting for the order. At the same time, the hall was not loaded. The delay was explained to us by the presence of a banquet in another hall, but this should not affect the service of the other guests. We consider such service unacceptable. Waiting for a simple meal for more than 50 minutes without accurate information and meeting deadlines is a serious disadvantage. We are extremely disappointed and will no longer recommend your Take establishment.
