(maybe someone was present and knows how it went) many decisions were made that do not suit the majority of the members of the cooperative, but give unlimited opportunities to Chairman Stanislav. The chairman is just an employee, should not infringe on the rights of the members of the cooperative.

Chairman Stanislav is an uneducated boor. They cut the wires in the electrical panel in my garage because of the alleged debts that do not exist and which were not even notified. They take money for entry, they constantly violate the law. They draw road signs themselves...

It is high time to cover up this legacy of the USSR. Not only do these garages occupy a huge space, but in 80% of cases they do not perform their functions, but serve as warehouses, mini repair/painting workshops, etc. It is clear that we are not talking about any fire safety measures at all. Moreover, they still manage to take money for entry into the territory! I wonder by what right?!
