We have never seen such a boorish attitude towards passengers!
The driver was rude all the way, and at the end of the trip refused to give change, explaining in a raised voice that "he didn't earn anything for us anyway"! We never got the change.

Due to the fact that an elderly man became ill at the Northern Cemetery, taxi 152 was called. The operator answered immediately, the driver immediately called and immediately drove up. We got into the car, drove off, and then the driver said that "he doesn't need to go there, he'll take you to the city, sit where you need to..." I drove instead of Asanalieva Street to the stop of the Belarusian flag (less than a third of the way), asked for 10 rubles, ... we refused the service of calling the Yandex Go service by the driver ourselves. When asked by operator 152 what it was and the requirement to provide a service in accordance with the law, she simply hung up the phone.
Cynicism, indifference, fraud are synonymous with them.

I do not recommend using the services of this operator to call a taxi. The attitude of individual drivers is boorish, extorting only money, working without a cash register, counter and receipt. I ordered this company around 16:30 on May 27, 2022 due to lack of time and the opportunity to transport a cardboard box with gel balls for my daughter's birthday with other operators. An untidy overgrown type arrived in an almost dead rusty minivan, rude to the girl who loaded the box in the Sukharevo neighborhood, transported it to the Zavodskoy neighborhood and took advantage of his daughter's holiday to demand 40 rubles, just like from Minsk-2 airport! Without a cash register, receipt and counter!!! Appeals to their dispatcher, the administrator, did not give an absolutely positive solution to the issue. The only thing that got the action of the word to resolve the issue through the internal affairs bodies at the scene of the incident. I have no idea where the controlling, tax and internal affairs bodies of Belarus are looking and where to exclude the provision of such taxi services in the very center of the Republic of Belarus, the city of Minsk. Fellow countrymen and guests, if you want to get a lot of problems, loss of time and a lot of negativity with a risk to your health at any time of the day for your significant earned money, please contact this taxi service organization....
