I have used the services of this taxi service many times. But what happened on March 18, 2023, just shocked me. On this day, my grandchildren, aged 3 and 6, and I were driving around the city. We were picked up by a car without Taxi signs, just like an ordinary car. We drove in one direction normally. When we were driving back, when putting the children in the car, I helped my youngest grandson get in, holding a bag and a bag in my hands. It was not very convenient. As soon as we got into the car, the driver started shouting at us that we allegedly smeared his seat, leaving sand behind, that we were behaving like pigs. To which I replied that he should not shout in the presence of children, so as not to scare them, and that I was not paying money to be insulted. As a result, he dropped me off with the kids halfway, most likely called us another car, because they called me back from another car number and said they were waiting for me, moreover, at the same place where I sat down with my grandchildren on the way back. I thought it was just a mockery of us. As a result, we got there with great difficulty ourselves, as the children were tired, scared, and I was very nervous. I believe that such service should never be repeated
