Nice cozy hotel near Taksim Square. With good breakfasts and location, the metro is nearby, no more than 400 meters, all shops are nearby, keep in mind the tourist center of the city prices are slightly too high, go shopping at the supermarket, there is nearby. We took a room with a terrace, you won't regret it, you can have dinner outside in the evening, unfortunately the view is not very good, but it's still beautiful.

In general, everything is fine in order to spend the night)
Of the cons:
We were at the end of February and it was quite cool outside, the door to the balcony was practically not closed, we put a chair on it for the night, but it was draining and it was cold.
The bathroom is not super clean, but you can see that everything is old and it's time to change, at least the hoods (it's really hard to look at them).
Positive:
The location is great, which covers the disadvantages.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the linen is fresh and pleasant to the body.
The breakfast is very good.
In general, for such a price and a good location, a comfortable bed, we will choose this hotel again))

This hotel is a real find in an amazing location! The rooms are clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need. The staff is just great — supportive, polite and always ready to help. They offer free tea around the clock, always a great breakfast and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend it to everyone!

I really liked the hotel, first of all, the atmosphere created by the owners and staff, and the location is generally a bomb, and in close proximity to the center, but at the same time on a very quiet street! The cook girl speaks Russian normally, is smart and beautiful, and is Turkish, and her name is Dunya. The boys at the reception also speak Russian. The people were from Latin America and France.

For a 3 star hotel, it's quite good! There is everything you need and close to Taksim Square. We were greeted very kindly. We had a great view of the city and a gorgeous sunset. We lived on the top floor in a room with a balcony. The only thing is that Istanbul is a very dirty city. And since the hotel is located inside small streets, you constantly observe all this dirt and just piles of garbage. But this is not a minus for the hotel.

We stayed in this hotel for 7 days. The hotel is very cozy and small. The staff is friendly. The accommodation included breakfasts, they certainly did not differ in variety, but it is quite possible to have a snack. The location is very good next to the metro at Taksim Square and Havabus stops very close by. The disadvantages are poor ventilation, humidity and noise insulation.

The condition of the room is terrible: torn furniture, swollen laminate flooring, dangling plumbing, dirty, streaks on the walls in the room and shower. They beg for reviews at the reception. I was actually told. That luggage can be stored for a day only for a good review

Good location, close to Havaist bus, Taksim Square. We had a large room with everything we needed, even a terrace that was not used. The staff did not bother with cleaning, the mattresses are terrible, they are filled with something. The breakfasts are good. I wouldn't have stopped a second time.

We really liked the hotel. The room was spacious. There was a fridge, a kettle, a stove, but we didn't use it. Everything is relatively clean. There is a small gym, a billiard table. The staff is very friendly and polite. There are Russian speakers. Thanks to this hotel for the warm welcome.

Отель соответствует описанию. Очень хорошее впечатление от персонала. Впервые видела, тобы в номере убирались каждый день. Удобное расположение, наш был около Таксим. Рекомендуем.

A hotel with a good Location. The rooms have everything you need. The breakfasts are good. They don't clean very well. There were little things in the room that could be fixed in a couple of hours (to paint the walls) but.... The reception staff is good.

Great hotel. We mostly spent the night in it, the rest of the time we walked around Istanbul.
Pleasant staff, very varied breakfasts, brew fresh coffee.
There are grocery stores and a laundry nearby.
Istiklal Street is a 10-minute leisurely walk away.
