I was pleased with the design, the cleanliness of the room itself and the linen, In the month of February the room was warm enough. In general, it's cozy. I didn't like the paid bar, the room in the basement for food, and the discrepancy between the "view from the window" stated in the room description - the windows of the room overlooked the dirty windows opposite the building. The administrators made a lot of fuss about it, but they couldn't help. I believed them about "all the rooms booked" and stayed. Of course, when you come on vacation, you want beauty) But, in principle, for a couple of days, if you are constantly traveling around the city and on trips, it is not critical to spend the night. In the deluxe rooms, guests receive free water in a small 0.2 cubic cup, a couple of tea bags and sugar. It is annoying when there is water in a paid bar in the normal amount of 0.5 and for money)) Do not spare the water for the guest. As for breakfast, I didn't understand why we ate indoors, where we cooked, washed and fed at the same time. The hostess of the "dining room" stood opposite and watched people eat ((I didn't really want to eat from this. An assortment for the ascetic. Cleanly intercept and go to lunch at a normal cafe, of which there are a lot around. In general, the hotel is for the non-picky - I recommend it)))

The hotel is not expensive and worth the money. The bonus is the excellent location. Within walking distance of the metro, Istiklal walking street, Galata Tower. Easy access to other attractions. It was April 6-9, It was cold outside, + 6, on average, but the room is fine. The slightly warm batteries were doing their job. The room is old-fashioned, small, and damaged. I can't get around the bed, either 101 or 102, I don't remember exactly. But clean. The mattress is normal, the street is quiet. The windows overlooked a narrow street. You can get enough sleep. We just came to sleep. We went up to the open terrace, but there was nothing to do there. Rain, wind, cold. When it's warm, yes, it's a nice place with a beautiful view. The breakfasts are quite normal. Everything is high-quality and delicious. Wonderful dining room hostess Jerem! Special thanks to her for the breakfasts and intimate communication. She is Russian-speaking, it was interesting to talk to her. Fried potatoes with sausage are very tasty for her! The guys at the reception are also normal. All questions are answered, things were allowed to leave before the plane after departure. In order to just come to wash, sleep, and have breakfast, that's what you need.

I spent 7 nights in this hotel. I'll start with a convenient location: 2 minutes to Shishkhane metro station (it's convenient to get from the New airport with one transfer), 5 minutes to the lively Istiklal Avenue with a retro tram and then Taksim Square, 5 minutes to Galata Tower, a little further to Karakey Marina and Galata Bridge. There are many shops and cafes nearby. I walked to Eminenyu Marina, Sultanahmet, and Kabatash Marina (it's all a 40-50 minute walk).
The hotel itself is located in a quiet side street, the renovation is quite fresh, the standard rooms are small but clean and tidy, the bed is large and comfortable. Cleaning is done every day, the bed and towels are clean. We stayed in the beautiful view room on the 5th floor for one night - the view is really beautiful, it's nice to fall asleep and wake up).
Wi-fi works great!
Breakfast takes place in the basement, but you can take it with you to the terrace, which offers a stunning view of the Golden Horn (the terrace is open at any time). The breakfasts are delicious and satisfying, special thanks to the cook!
The atmosphere in the hotel is calm and pleasant thanks to the excellent staff - hospitable, responsive, friendly people who are ready to help with any issue. I really enjoyed everything, thanks a lot to all the staff!!!

The advantages of this hotel are the location and the view from the terrace where you have breakfast and can spend time there until one o'clock in the morning! The rooms themselves are small, but it is enough for a comfortable rest and sleep. The breakfast buffet is quite meager, but I had enough to get enough) I mainly ate boiled egg and a salad of fresh vegetables. Instant coffee but delicious) even for dessert there was always a cupcake. Friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, towels were changed every day. In general, I recommend visiting!
P.s Seagulls arrive for breakfast and wait for treats, if you haven't finished your breakfast, you can feed the seagulls, they will be grateful to you) plus it's a fun pastime)

We stayed at this hotel from March 10 to March 16, 2025. It's a modest hotel, but we liked it.Very good location of the hotel.There are good guys at the reception, if anything, they will always prompt and help. Nice room with a courtyard view, it was quiet. Towels were changed every day. The breakfasts were modest, there was a little bit of everything, but we had enough. We usually had breakfast on the terrace . By the way, in the mornings on the terrace you can feed the seagulls with cheese (you put a small piece on a fork and pull your hand out of the balcony, a couple of minutes and cheese is like never before).
Actually, the terrace is our love in this hotel, there are incredible sunsets.

Good afternoon, I was at this hotel in May with my mother. I really liked it!!! The rooms are not large, but cozy. We had a rest from 13-19.12.2023.
The hotel is small, with 3 rooms on each floor. The rooms are clean but tiny. The bathroom has: shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, towel, soap, slippers. The room has tea, coffee, kettle, mini bar. There is no sound insulation at all.
The breakfasts are ordinary, monotonous, the same thing every day. There is a Russian-speaking guy at the reception.
Among the advantages:
a terrace on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the bay;
The metro is 15 meters from the entrance;
Across the Grand Bazaar bridge and the Egyptian Bazaar;

The only plus is the location of the hotel. Everything else is bad, of course, and the price was not high, but still.
They settled in a room opposite the reception. EVERYTHING absolutely EVERYTHING was heard outside the door, how the admin chatted, how the guests arrived.
Everything in the room is very old, high humidity, extremely hard and high pillows (I haven't seen this anywhere else).
One of the advantages is the view from the roof terrace and the nearby metro station. Oh, yes, there is also a store where the drunk is sold after 22:00.
The hotel provides free water. We asked for one, in the end they gave us bottles of 1 euro, for which they wanted to take payment in the end.
The breakfasts are mediocre, but once again, what do you want for such a price?)

I can't agree with the good reviews. We were in April 2021. Apart from the location and friendly staff, there are no advantages. Everything is dusty, the tulle is torn, the lamps are "gnawed off". It feels like the curtains have never been washed there. I accidentally looked under the bed when the earphone rolled up. It's better not to do this! Dust in layers. The rooms are very small. First, we were settled with Windows on the wall, we paid extra and we were settled with a room of the same size with a view of the Bosphorus (another plus).
The vaunted veranda is covered in dust and abandoned. Breakfast is in the basement, but if you want, you can take a tray and go upstairs. All the chairs and tables are covered in a thick layer of dust. The breakfasts also leave much to be desired, we found a wonderful cafe nearby and had delicious "Turkish breakfasts" there.
In general, I am attaching a photo. Be careful. The hotel spoiled our mood, as we had to stay there in the evenings (because of the pandemic, nothing worked after 19.00)
