Чудесное место для семейного отдыха в выходные дни: живописное место, увлекательная рыбалка для детей, есть детская площадка (платная, но детям есть чем заняться), вкусно приготовленная рыбка (еще и пойманная своими руками ☺️), беседки и тапчаны, удачно расположенные на склоне, что открывает прекрасный вид. Не хватает хорошей организации работы администратора: его сложно найти, приходится бегать сверху вниз по лестнице, чтобы забронировать беседку.

Добрый день.
В общем были здест в компании из 7 человек.
Комплекс находится в горной местности. Очень много игровых зон для детей, а для взрослых единственное развлечение это квадроциклы. НО один заезд стоит 5 000 тг и время катание займёт всего лишь 3-5 минут. Я считаю это очень мало и не оправдывает потраченные деньги. Я б посоветовал лучше не брать на прокат и всё. Рыбу поймать очень просто и легко особого кайфа нет это тоже на мой взляд.
Теперь о еде. Еда очень дорогая и средняя на вкус. Место в тапчанах платная. Один час стоит 2 000 тг. Но при этом заказы будете ждать очень долго может это для того чтобы взять побольше денег за аренду место. Мы ждали 30 минут пока принесли жареные рыбы который мы поймали. А напитки ждали целый час после третий попытки найти официанта который принял у нас заказ. Кстати я советую набрать опытных и добропорядочных барменов потому что они не умеют готовить мохито и думаю остальные коктейли тоже. И не докладывают ингредиенты в напитках.
Чтобы вы понимали какой был у нас мохито за 3 570 тг за литр. В кувшин положили 2 грамма мята, четыре тонких долек лайма и залили газированной водой. Нет сахарного сиропа и нет не то что молотого льда а вообще не было.
Сотрудники которые работают долго вообще не расположены к гостям. Думаю это из за того что они всё равно получат неоправданные чаевые. Предлагаю руководству комплекса поменять мотивацию сотрудников чтобы повысить качество обслуживания!!! К сожалению нет фоток чтобы приложить.
Ещё хочу добавить, инструктор квадроцикла левачит. Будьте бдительны
Надеюсь руководство учтёт все эти моменты и мой отзыв улучшит сервис в этом месте. Желаю всем добра

The barbecue was just terrible - one portion was removed from the bill, since we didn't even touch it. There are also ATVs running all over the territory, noise, fumes - a terrible decision. Most people come with children, and here the squares on the territory are nonsense. Of the 3 trout pools, only one worked and it was on a day off. Disappointed.

Новый бассейн достаточно большой. Хлора не пожалели. Есть маленький для детей и большой для взрослых. Мы были в пятницу, поэтому посетителей было не так много, всем хватило места. Есть летнее кафе и столы с занавесками. Форель вкусная, как и много лет назад. Обслуживание хорошее. Основная Территория почти не изменилась, появились дополнительные развлечения для детей. Вход в пятницу для взрослых 6000, детям 4000. Стоимость в кафе приемлемая, но выше среднего.
